My City Hotel  

Near by china town, convenience to buy things. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel environment not really comfortable.

Too small for a family room. Extra bed supply was full of stains. Door has to slam to close it . Can hear other room doing likewise. Good for someone that need a bed to sleep for a day or two

The wifi signal in my room is too bad to be connected

The lobby and sitting room are ok.

My room was functional but did not have any windows and was small and depressing. Ask to see a room before booking.

Facilities such as tv and Room lights are very poor

It's a convenient place coz near everywhere except for the halal food stalls. But overall I give it 80% coz d water supply keep getting cut off.

My husband loves to watch DVDs but there's no DVDs in your room. And there's no kettle to boil water fOr my daughter too...I Need to go to d water cooler to get hot water.

Location

The first impression when I first see the hotel is very good. The location is perfect. It is located at walking distance from China Town and Central Market, major tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful when I approach for information about place and travel plans. Inside room, it provides soap and a tower. Beds are clean and air-con is cold. Small tv is provided with quite more channels.

The hotel only provide only one key card. Key card is required for electrical power. So it is very inconvenience when sharing the room with two person. Hotel charge additional 3% bank charges when I tried to settle my bill using my credit card. I am not aware of it and feel a little bit upset. Luckily I have bring enough Cash to settle my bill so that to avoid 3% bank charges.

It was very convenient. All the shops were within walking distance and we didn't have to spend any money on transport. And there's a direct Star Shuttle from air port to the hotel (a location very close to the hotel). This helped a lot.

There were no wi-fi in the room. And one staff did not allow us to use the PCs downstairs (when my laptop couldn't connect to the wi-fi). But another staff apologized for that when we were leaving, so may be in the future they wouldn't treat their customers like that :) Also the view from the window was not good.

Location near to Shopping District.

Tha place is great ( nearby Pettaling street and MRT station).

But in the room we had two cockroachs. So we asked to change room and in the another room sit cockroach on the door. Finally they gave us room wihtout them, but it was almost 2 a.m.

The location was perfect. The room was comfortable. It was quiet at night time even though we were so close to Chinatown.

We asked for our room to be cleaned but this was never done. The staff weren't the most helpful.

Clean and comfort. Friendly staff, easy way to go to Petaling street and china town.

No cleaner to collect rubbish bin in the room.
