Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται MYR 80,50 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel staff is warm and helpful. When I asked for direction to a certain location, the staff at the reception desk was most helpful to give me very clear direction to my destination. It would be better if the hotel could provide a new TV with better reception. The reception of the TV in my room was very poor. Also, the shower head in the bathroom needed to be replaced as it was broken. |

The hotel is located middle of the city thus making it easy to roam around the city. The lobby is nice & interesting. the way to parking area a bit dangerous. |

Location is good which is in town area, nearby to melaka raya, convenience for foods and shopping Room rate as I pay RM207.00 is not come with breakfeast. For my experience, for this rate should include with breakfeast. |

The swimming pool but the spa pool is not working. I order a room service for my children early morning for 1200noon service before i left for conference. Till 1pm,my children still not getting their food. no towel provided in the swimming area. The spa pool at the swimming area is not working. it would be better to have more facilities in the play room. |

Thebayview hotel is of good standard and a comfortable hotel to stay. It is in town and easily accessible to amneties. IN future booking of the hotel with breakfast would have been of good value as their breakfast varieties were good. |

Complimentary drinking water only sent to us after we check in & rest in the room, it's disturbing. Room just like normal 3 star hotel room but the rate is so expensive! Not worth for money! Also, reception staff not friendly at all! |

The sinery from the window was good. The room and swimming pool was really clean. The spa by the swimming pool was too cold and no bubbling. I don't think it's a spa. |

Its location is easy for us to visit those tourist sports like Jonker St, Melaka River and Dataran Pahlawan. WIFI is only accessible in the hotel lobby, need to use cable to online in the hotel room. However, no cable was available for us on both 1st and 2nd day of our stay. |

Price is reasonable and the place is near to major places of interest. Hot shower is not available immediately and I was advised to run off the cold water before the hot water came.However,after using it for a while the water turned cold again.Just a comment for improvement. |

easy acess to tourist places. when i first arrive to the hotel, there is no hotel personal to receive us, so i hv to walk into the front dest to ask for help for my luggage. power trip twice in 12th floor! generally, renew of room facilities (furniture, electrical appliances, etc) is required. |

The hotel robby was terrible. Bad taste! Deluxe room was nice and comfortable. Restaurant was poor. Staff has to be more well trained. |
