close distance between city and other historic places. I would like to express my concern- 1) toilet in the room which had no attach manual bidet. 2) Cleaniness of chef uniform during serving food. |

The hotel robby was terrible. Bad taste! Deluxe room was nice and comfortable. Restaurant was poor. Staff has to be more well trained. |

Strategically located within town. Easy to travel in and out of places of interest. I am impressed with one of your staff (Indaian girl) at the front desk who has directed me to Masjid Tanah using the coastal road. We had no problem at all. Very commendable attitude. I noticed that there is no guards at the parking day or night, may be I am wrong. It will be perfect to have one. May be Malacca city does not need night guards. Its not a compliant but improvement. |

Hotel staff got no customer relationship and too stringent. We booked Karaoke room for an hour at RM30.00 but was forced to order minimum of 4 drinks! Total bill came to over RM100.00 - Riduculous! |

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Facilities at pool is poor, spa pool not working, steam sauna not working. hotel rates are high and doesnt reflect the facilities that are being offered here. The facilities are almost the same (standard) as compared to Emperor that is much cheaper(hotel roomrates). The photos are very much deceiving and we dont get what we pay for. |

The lobby and parking facilities. Airconditioning was dirty, and my girlfriend who is allergic to dusty places had a miserable stay. We had to get another room in a nearby hotel for her. |

The hydrospa at the swimming pool was a nice touch There was a smell along the corridor and despite request for a single bed. I was given a room with 2 separate beds! The main reason that i paid for a deluxe room at almost twice the price was that i had wanted a large bed, this is highly disappointing. |

Bedrooms were very nice they had been refurbished very recently Restaurant very poor quality of the food terrible also tried to tell us all the lower priced wines were sold out but when my husband called their bluff and said e would have the more expensive wine at the price of the one we had ordered they suddenly "found" one ??? |
