Clean, quiet ambience. Staff courteous but could be better in handling customers, eg smile, and checking before 'questioning' customers on use of facility. |

The hydrospa at the swimming pool was a nice touch There was a smell along the corridor and despite request for a single bed. I was given a room with 2 separate beds! The main reason that i paid for a deluxe room at almost twice the price was that i had wanted a large bed, this is highly disappointing. |

Free parking 1. Bed needs changing, the mattress has sagged. 2. no-smoking floors not available, hotel should cater to non-smokers. |

Bedrooms were very nice they had been refurbished very recently Restaurant very poor quality of the food terrible also tried to tell us all the lower priced wines were sold out but when my husband called their bluff and said e would have the more expensive wine at the price of the one we had ordered they suddenly "found" one ??? |

For breakfast, I did request for simple vegetarian food sush as salted olive leaf goes with plain poridge but seems like the counter did pass the messgae to kitchen but the kitchen side do not understand it so ended up we just ate some tost thats all. Oh also just this time, after woke up in the morning, seems that both me and my wife has some insect bite tpye of rashes on our limds. |

Thought it is comfortable to stay with, but, quite expensive after the ++ value added to the price that we saw from website. I think the food for b/fast, not really fresh enough. And, i find it is quite confuse when i read the booklet in the hotel room, there are shop lots, restaurants, pub, and so so. But, I dont really see where are the shop lots. And, I cannot fnd the directory of the places/shops there. Mayb they shd add more directory for the guests. |

朝食バイキングが良かった。美味しいし、スタッフの対応、部屋の感じが 良かった。 フロントのインド系の女性の対応が丁寧で良かった。この値段で この内容なら、満足である。 フロントのインド系男性の対応がひどかった。チェンジマネーをお願いしたら 日曜はお金を置いていないから、別の換金所に行ってくれと言われた。後で、上記女性スタッフにお願いしたらあっさり、チェンジマネーしてくれた。お金も沢山あったようだ。なんだったのだろう？？ |
