Food, service, staff
friendly staff nice restaurant near big mall, and central easy to get to upkeep of the place nice homely and clean
slightly noise from the other room...then seemed to leave rather early, or check in in the middle of the night...don't know
Location, close to restaurants, good ratio to cost/value
The location is fantastic , literally at the back of time square. The staff were also really helpful and friendly with anything I needed. Great value for money
Wifi could be a bit touch and go
Great location, very nice and informative staff
have a lot of ants in the room the small lamps already damage
Classic Inn is in a great location and there renovated rooms are clean and modern.
The draw back to the Classic Inn is the hotel staff. While the (Indonesian?) workers who clean and serve breakfast are great and friendly, the staff at the desk are far too concerned with their phones. They seem irritated by questions. With the substantial rate increase, I think I'm done staying there.
Near monorail station and shopping mall. There was nice guess house with good decoration and nice view. Restaurants allocated arround are good.
Breakfast is too late, 7.30 am
Near to the Monorail and the Times Square Shopping Mall. Nice terrace and good breakfast.
I was in a shared room for 4 people and it was so bad. The room was dirty, small and just a small windows. Also, the bath are uncomfortable. I will not back there. Definitely, the pictures are fake.
Wonderful bed, central location, quiet, bar next door, very nice terrace to chill
Breakfast could improve
The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Imbi monorail station and 4 stops from KL Sentral Station and very close to Bukit Bintang district. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was ok for one night, not very big but comfortable. The breakfast, except from the coffee, was very good.
The bed was a little short for me, being 1.88m tall (6 ft 2in). The coffee isn't good at all, presumably the soluble (instant) one. The heater for the shower water didn't work. The wifi was very slow
Break Fast very poor quality and quantity TV only four local channels Very Poor reception No international Channel My booking was on the premium side that is large rooms but when reached they charged me MYR 20 extra per room per night Why? Do you show lower rates on the web site and then the customer reaches the property then they charge extra money This is in simple words cheating
Super friendly staff. Room size small but still ok. Hot water. Rooms are not so cozy, but therefor you're not in Bukit Bintang ;)
Monorail between Imbi and Hang Thua is currently under construction. Reaching sights via public transport, i.e. KL Sentral, Batu Caves etc. means much more effort than usually when you start from this location.
Staff were excellent Location couldn't have been more convenient to Times Square Shopping Centre and Transport
Can't think of any negatives............
Wonderful staff- welcoming and helpful. On both occasions happily changed our room to a bigger one as we had loads of luggage. Breakfast good Opposite mall very close to both train and monorail
small room no kettle in room
I like the renovated reception area and the location.
I had a single room but it was at the other unit, few units from reception area. As a single traveler I don't feel safe. Especially when there's no extra lock from internal and no emergency intercome.
Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in upgrading us to a room with a safety deposit box. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to shopping, public transport & restaurants.
Wi-fi access was patchy, inaccessible in the room. Not all rooms come with a safe. Window did not close completely.
Awesome wifi (sometimes out) and location (tell people it's near Berjaya Times Square).
Because it is located so centrally, food can be expensive; hunt around for a 3 MR meal that could easily cost 13 or 30!
It's near to the city and good free breakfast.
The room is too small for a luggage.
Sticky flooring Foreign workers totally unable to communicate and handle complaint Noisy during 7am at open kitchen Low water pressure
Good location, easy place to explore the golden triangle area and further afield on the monorail. Times Square mall opposite so lots of shops and food on the door step.
Given a really depressing room with one window looking out onto a hall way with a kitchen area and toilets near by. Asked to move and we were put into a much nice room on the 1st floor with windows to the outside street. The air con in the room we moved to started making a really annoying high piched wining after it had been on for a while but we couldn't be bothered to move again. Ended up having to use it on fan mode so the room was a bit hot. For what we paid the room should have had a fully working air con unit. Hotel is probably a bit over priced for what it is because of the area it's in. We stayed in KL's china town and got a better deal at the rain forest hotel.
Everything in a word.. All were really good! Good wishes!! :)
- Location is great, just behind Berjaya Time Square and the Imbi Monorail station - We can put our luggages at the hotel and go out for whole day.
- Rooms are too small. The dorms we booked were like train wagons, with just little space to put the luggages. - Toilets smell uncomfortable. - Breakfasts are poor. But maybe it's because Classic Inn is located in the expensive golden triangle of KL.
Most comfortable beds on our holiday!! Can't beat it for location, 1 min walk from the huge Times Square mall.
Breakfast, plain toast would be nice. Fresh fruit was good tho.
