The breakfast is extreme nice, staffs are friendly, room is comfortable.

Bed has some hairs while we checked in.

Spacious rooms with clean facilities. Feels a bit dated but very tidy and well run. Staff helpful. Location in old part of town, but 20 min walk to main shopping area and central mosque etc. Good places to eat at short distance from hotel. Breakfast is Malay with some basics such as toast and jam for those looking for a western style start to the day.

Clean bath room, good quality of matress.

The worse part you can hear clearly from beside room,no privacy and noisy ..cannot sleep well

Room musty with bad odour. Toilet bowl clogged on 2nd and 3rd day.

It is spacious.

I stayed in room 321. The fridge at first not working but I managed to adjust the socket. The water heater did'nt work at all, pity my 18 months old daughter to take a shower. I had to borrow a pail from the housekeeping. The toilet door also spoiled. Luckily there is no man in the room. The breakfast service sucks until we had to wait it to refill n the helper was so upset there is so many customer at that time n broke the dishes as she was angry. We had to pay rm1 for the extra towel also.

The foyer was inviting and internet was free of charge.

The room was extremely dirty and needs some restoration, the service bad. The smell of the room was unpleasant. There were persistant and unpleasant noises early in the morning. They did not provide toothpaste.

Proximity to conference venue and the city centre.

The reception staff at night was extremely rude and belligerent to my friends whom I booked for as well. He threatened them with a fist, got angry unnecessarily and threw them out of the room at 2am in the morning because they were late! We had mentioned a late check-in and called in at 9pm to say we would be late.

Fruit drink too sweet.. Pls maintain healthy food served

Large spacious, clean rooms. Air con, tv, hot shower (when we had figured out we hadto switch on hot water). Breakfast included was good. Good signal on wifi (when it wasn't being cut off due to power cuts caused by renovation work, but only a few of these for short periods). Staff helpful.

Location although good for Kuantan there isn't much there apart from a market, finding somewhere to eat after 8pm was also difficult, but there are restaurants around when you get hunting. The old white coffee house was good for late evening eating.

Cheap for two nights stay for the family with children. Facility has improved after renovation.

Air-cond need to service. Since there isno window, good air-cond is essential to avoid unpleasant odour.

Good location, nice food, value for money

A room which is comfortable, big bathroom and value for money.

Have to upgrade the external look. Especially the hallway, look like very cheap and low class hotel.

Spacy room

The rooms were clean & comfortable. All the basic facilities were in working condition.The breakfast serving staff were courteous & co-operative to make food for the kids.

Kakitangan yang agak ramah, aduan saya tentang bilik mendapat respon yang positif & sarapan yang disediakan agak sedap.

Sepatutnya kerosakan bilik sudah dibaiki sebelum penginap check-in, mustahil pihak hotel tidak tahu ada kerosakan didalam sesuatu bilik. Jika kerosakan tidak dapat dibaiki sebelum penginap check-in, perkara ini perlu dimaklumkan samada penginap setuju untuk menerima bilik tersebut atau tidak.

Bilik. Tidak dijangka bilik yang mengatasi hotel 3 bintang. saya biasa menginap hotel 2 atau 3 bintang.
