near to the city center I read that there is free internet in hotel. But it's not true. I booked superior room, and there is no internet. Internet is in Delux room only. So I paid about $42 for 3nights to upgrade to delux room. Delux room almost is the same as superior. it was unpleasant news. |

Good rate There are 2 wings the regular and the premier. In the regular wing the bathroom can be in better shape. Its not bad but the bathtub is a little scratched up here and there and the odd tile needs replacement |

The lobby looked bright and appealing. Location was close to nightlife and a very short distance to the shopping areas (10-15min walk). Our room come equiped with a VCD/ CD player (might like to upgrade to a DVD player as this covers all discs) The rooms were bland, boring along with the corridors on the room levels. We asked for non smoking rooms but were given smoking rooms. My poor wife, who doesn't like the smell of smoke, had to put up with the smell of stale smoke. The staff where grumpy and no service with a smile was seen over the duration of our stay. No entry to lounge for wearing dress shorts though allowed in nearby 5* hotels |

The staff who came to clean the room were very pleasant; the breakfast was palatable There was hardly any chairs in the lobby for guests- need to think of sitting areas for guests who are pregnant, elderly, handicapped etc. there was a problem with the charges and I missed an appointment trying to sort this out; the gym was restricted to vip guests and the 'normal guests' had to pay a daily rate to use it |

La chambre, la situation géographique de l'hotel (entre les tours jumelle Petronas et la zone commerciale de kl), le petit déj, l'acceuil et le personnel. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir laissé un sac a dos avec un laptop dedans au niveau du garde bagage le jour de mon départ. |
