The Grand Ballroom, featuring the latest in audiovisual equipment, can accommodate up to 100 guests for a corporate cocktail or 600 for a wedding banquet. The ballroom can be divided into 2 separate rooms (Concorde I and Concorde II), and they are supported by two private rooms (Concorde III and Concorde V), which can be converted into VIP rooms or Secretariat rooms. For smaller events, the hotel has 8 'Gallery' rooms that are ideal for private meetings, seminars or as breakout rooms.

Food & beverage

Melting Pot Café:
Serves a fusion of local, American and continental cuisine. It is a 24-hour coffee house that serves breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner buffets offering guest a wide spread of delectable cuisine. 24-hour room service is also available.

Pavilion Terrace
It assembles traditional Malay setting, decorations and charm, exuding comfortable elegance for family functions or cocktail receptions.Smoking area available upon request.

Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant:
Serving lunch and dinner available, it is situated on the second floor of the hotel. It serves a selection of delightful Hong Kong dim sum and nouvelle Cantonese cuisine, which are all Halal.

Raku Japanese Restaurant:
Serving lunch and dinner, the restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. Some of the favourites served, popular amongst guests are the sashimi, sukiyaki, shabu California rolls, gindara (Alaskan cod fish) teriyaki, soft shell crab fotomaki, and katsu curry don (deep fried beef and curry on rice).

Crossroads:
You can relax at the bar while being entertained by live music. The live band performs nightly except Sundays.

The Artists' Space:
Located on the lobby floor, an elegant art gallery-cum-café serving lunch and dinner. The café also hosts art exhibitions by local and foreign artists.

Smiling faces from hotel staff is very lacking, especially the staff who help to get taxi for guests, they delivered the service but without any smile, no eye contact with guests & most of time talking among themselves....but all these were salvaged when a senior staff in grey suit suddenly appeared to open the taxi door for me... Room is clean but the white bedsheet had stains!	6

Next, the pricing for booking on the internet should be lower than that of a walk-in customer; otherwise what's the use of booking on the internet ???? I was really disappointed that the price was similar for someone who did not make a booking !!!	7
