Good size rooms with comfortable furniture and dark curtains. Also 1 of the best hotel room veiw I have had. |

The service provided by the staff was fast and efficient I did hang the room service sign outside my door but it was not done when I returned. |

Its location is very near to my conference venue, breakfast menu is delicious. Smiling faces from hotel staff is very lacking, especially the staff who help to get taxi for guests, they delivered the service but without any smile, no eye contact with guests & most of time talking among themselves....but all these were salvaged when a senior staff in grey suit suddenly appeared to open the taxi door for me... Room is clean but the white bedsheet had stains! |

Generally well kept/maintained. The upkeep of the facilities in the room should be monitored; eg the inroom safe was not working. Next, the pricing for booking on the internet should be lower than that of a walk-in customer; otherwise what's the use of booking on the internet ???? I was really disappointed that the price was similar for someone who did not make a booking !!! |

The is a negative reply. The first room allocated to us has dirty toilet bowl. The second room the flash does not work well. the water ran non stop. It was fixed however after a long delay. But overall the hotel is fine. |
