Very good hotel near to airport, of course very far from the city, I used it because i had another flight next day, breakfast food is excellent, i didn't use the pool so i don't know about it I think the rooms need a modern furniture. but it was good anyway

Close proximty to airport allowing us an overnight sleep ready for the second leg of our trip.Room clean although problem with air con during early hours, which was resolved by maintenance within ten minutes of reporting problem.

Courteous staff 1. Should specify exactly where to wait for the shuttle bus like opposite Entrance 3 at Level 1. 2. Should have more than one staff at the reception counter to expedite customers 'check in.'

Proximity to the airport The location of the rooms and the lack of maintenance of the rooms. They brought ice cubes in a plastic bag, for goodness sake! And the room service meal have to be paid by cash separately, not together with the room bill, and the advertised dessert with the set was Half a creme caramel!!! Cut in half on a plate - so inelegant. THe airconditioner leaked water into the room.

peacefull and not far45 from the airport no towels when I arrived,waiting 30 min;; most terrible dated music all the day and everyday the same.through speakers all over the place;a very boring small shop;dinnerbuffet with the leftovers from the lunchbuffet

Good value for money. Relaxing, clean, friendly, great pool, quiet. Great food, buffet breakfasts and Buffet Dinner were fantastic. Close to the airport, free shuttle bus, perfect for relaxing overnight stopover to break our long journey from Europe to Australia.

shuttle to and from airport rooms were small and a bit depressing. this is not a courtyard Marriott or Hilton garden inn. WiFi was slow. motel style concept. limited choice of hotels in the area close to airports

proximity to KLIA, coupled with free shuttle service to and from KLIA room cleaning needs to improve . after checking in on my arrival the room given was not ready, had to wait 20mins for the room to be cleaned. why was it allocated when it's not ready?? the next day whilst my room was vacant for 7 hrs it was NOTcleaned when i returned at 5pm. not acceptable.

Near to airport , calm , nice food in the restaurant specially the open buffet. Calling from my room to reception 10 times no one replies only telling operator is busy that's bad every time u need any thing u have to walk all the way to reception.

Concorde Inn is very handy as a transit hotel. The rooms vary in quality but are roomier than some modern hotels. The breakfasts are excellent with wide range of choices. We highly recommend it. We have stayed twice & the first time the room (nonsmoking) smelt of smoke and the bar fridge had the previous guest's stuff left in it. But our second stay the room was immaculate.

Great location for layover hotel Old army barracks turned hotel still felt like the barracks. They made everybody wait for a 2 pm check in even though they had dozens of rooms ready. Not very pleasant if you arrive in an early international flight

free shuttle from and to the Kuala lumpur international airport and the food is good first they send me to messy room with left over food, then I called the reception, they transfer me to a clean room

Close to airport and Sepang circuit. Daily room clean-up. Manner of some staffs are quite rude as they cut me in the middle of my sentences and turn the other way while I was spoken to them.
