Liked the relaxing atmosphere around the pool that allowed me to unwind before my long flight the following day. |

Close to kl international airport, there is a bus to the airport every half an hour. The step to the bathroom and the shower area was a safty hazard. Need to mind your steps. |

Staff were very friendly and professional, no problems with organising transport to/from hotel from lcct. I only stayed one night in transit so didn't get a chance to use other facilities, but staff at the Melting Pot were also great. |

We chose Concorde Inn primarily because it was near the airport - we had an early flight to catch the day after, and because it was within our budget. It was a nice surprise to see that the hotel looked cosy and almost resort like, unlike the many business hotels that we usually see near international airports around the world. The swimming pool was the best part of our experience. Though small, it did its purpose and my children loved it. The bathroom didn't feel very clean. |

We came in late and left early so we didn't have a chance to form much of an impression, but we'd definitely go back and stay at this hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent and the price was right. |

The location near the airport. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent. The meals ordered for dinner were pretty disappointing. Not how they were depicted in the photos.Service was pretty slow despite there only being a handful of customers. |

The price of the room was not the same as I had been informed of by internet booking confirmation. There was also no hot water in the shower. Your machine could not accept payment by debit card. |

I only stayed in the hotel for 5 hours due to flight times. It was very basic and seemed expensive for the facilities it had on offer. No carpets on the floor. Everything felt old and tired. |

Proximity to the airport and the free bus service. I booked for 2 adults and a 2yo child. There was no where for our child to sleep when we arrived and it was 11pm. Too late to organise a bed for her. Not happy. |

close by to KLIA. only significant benefit! inept receptionist did not read the notes i stipulated during booking.com reservation about Single Occupancy, QUEEN bed, non-smoking room and proceeded to give me 2 single beds room which is not what i asked for. This is unacceptable! the room key did not work first time round and had to do a long walk back to reception. i will never stay at this hotel again. |

The convenience of being close to the airport for an early morning departure. However we did not get to check out the hotel facilities as we checked in late and out early. The airport shuttle was delayed and after several phone calls it turned up about 20 minutes late. That should never never happen. The check in staff did not properly explain that even though the complimentary breakfast was not available until 05:30 hrs, the restaurant was in fact open and we could have a meal before departure. A smile and 30 second briefing by staff would go a long... |

I liked the hotel as it is close to the airport and reasonably priced. I enjoy the food in the restaurant also. The taps in the bathroom sink are not good. There is no water mixing taps. You get cold or hot. This is very old fashioned. |

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the entertainment, the singers from the Phillipines, who were very friendly and entertaining. We thought this hotel was extremely overpriced, the rooms were basic and not entirely clean for the price, the pool closed at 7pm which we thought was very early. The food and drink cost a fortune, we thought it was very infair as they seemed to charge what they like as they know people are far from the city and are unlikely to be able to get to anywhere outside the hotel. |

The free service from KLIA to the hotel and vice versa. Breakfast is awesome. The room that we got was not as we expected. The pics shown are quite ambiguous I suppose. Perhaps it was my eyes that looked at wrong pics. |

Good location, close to KLIA and LCCT terminal. However does not have a direct shuttle service to/from LCCT.But an airport bus service will get you from LCCT to KLIA and then a free shuttle to the hotel. To go/return direct KLIA airport a shuttle is available. taxi is also available to LCCT.Takes about 30 mins for the LCCT trip to hotel Bar prices were a bit expensive, but there is a happy hour available. |

Voted Best Airport Hotel in Asia by Business Asia, this thoroughly modern hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the International Airport, linked via a sky-bridge to the terminal building. |
Get a five-star sleeping experience at a one-star price with Tune Hotels’ limited-service hotel next to the KLIA, LCC Terminal. |
