It was a shame that when they knew 25 people were checking in in the evening that they had only one staff member on duty to check in, so standing in line for 20 mins at 11.30pm wasn't great. The hotel is very noisy as people are leaving at all hours of the night to catch flights, so if you need a full night's sleep it's not great. All in all, it was ok, but expensive for what it was. Very noisy, not many staff on duty so check in took a long time |

Breakfast was good. Noisy corridors, could hear the neighbour caughing all night long. Only good for transit. |

It´s all gorund floor level, they have a pool en gym, and it´s near KLIA and LCCT. Great if you´re in between flights. The corridor is very noisy.You can´t use the tenniscourt when it´s dark, the lights don´t work properly on the court. |

Pool area was nice, room clean and appropriate. Breakfast buffet typical and plentiful but nothing outstanding. Good for stopover to be a little out from the airport but not all the way into the city. Staff were always friendly and efficient, room service food was good and came without too much delay. Overall a fine stay for a family of four overnight on route to Phuket. Kids loved the pool. Parents loved value for money. Everybody happy :-) Not much around the hotel, OK for a quick stay but would not choose it for long term holiday in KL as it is too far away from the city. |

The free bus shuttle to and from KLIA Thr room was full of mosquitoes. Hotel staff don't wear any smiles and those at the cafetaria seem tired of serving guests |

We liked its closeness to the airport, the restaurant and the pool but would probably only stay there during transit as I have now on 2 occasions. For this purpose it is a really good retreat as it offers time to relax in a friendly and clean environment.The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Small things were annoying eg. Tissue box empty and a very noisy corridor. We had arrived late and wanted to sleep in for a midday connecting flight while all around us early travelers banged doors etc. Maybe we could have had a room away from early risers as I had on my 1st stay. Next time I would try and request a quiet room. |

Very close to the KLIA, and free shuttle service to terminal. The room was clean and you can get good rest before your flight. Since KLIA is 24 hours airport, you will hear the jet noise. It doesn't bother me, but some people might care it. |

Staff very friendly. Around the hotel is nothing to do, but for a stop-over after holidays the hotel is perfect. I had lunch and dinner in the restaurant - I did not like it very much! |

Food was good and room comfortable. Staff friendly. Transport needs to have "concorde" displayed more prominently. So many different buses at airport it is easy to miss. Couch in room was comfortable but should not be directly under air con unit |

Clean rooms with wi-fi The hotel is near the KLIA terminal not the LCC Terminal where most passengers arrive . In order to get to the hotel you must first take a shuttle to the KLIA terminal- which takes about 20 minutes. Once there you have to wait for another shuttle to pick you up and take you to the Concorde Inn - which takes another 10 minutes. The cost for this is about only about 2 MR. But if you have a lot of luggage, it can be a little difficult to keep loading and unloading. Then of course, you have to do it all over again when you leave. I am not sure why they don't have the hotel shuttle take you directly to the LCC terminal where the vast majority of their customer need to go. So make sure that you allow yourself enough time. |

This hotel needs maintenance badly. The roller blinds in my room fell down middle of the night very suddenly which scares the hell out of me.And the occupants next door were quite noisy. |
