our rooms were upgraded to junior suite free of charge, Great private beach and view from the balcony. Overall the hotel was good. Value for money

it take too long to check in the room. and it key in all my credit card details include the security code which makes me uncomfortable.

A lot of insects in the rooms

There's a wooden door linking to the room next door. It just didn't feel that safe and private. When the people next door speak loud enough, their voices can be easily heard. At the balcony, you could see the room beside when you stretch you neck out a bit, and it'd be the same for the people who can stretch their neck and look into your own room, hence not much privacy again. The whole hotel can look a bit old, so are the things in the room but they're still in good condition.

the location of the hotek makes me feel comfortable to travel around especially to go around gurney plaza and batu Feringgi

It is worth the money. Very near Gurney Drive, the famous nite food stall. Just 15 mins drive to the city centre and other attractions such as the botanical garden, the cable car at Penang hill, budda temple. Food is every where by the hotel,

Pool is just the right size for beginner. It's near to town. Fair price.

It's time to change the mattress.

Location.

Look and smell old. Plugs, switch, water tap, shower tap, air-cond, not in proper function. Stains all over the carpet. Need serious refurbishment.

The booking went well

The rooms were older, and they have a 2nd fire door in the room behind it was old and dirty, moldy, unsafe, unsanitary and did not even function as a fire door any longer. Disappointed booking did not have breakfast as it was $10 person and poor quality. We would have stayed longer but.. moved to the hotel next door.

Front office staff are very friendly and they try to help when you need it.

Bathroom amenities not good. I've got 2 rooms with shower panel problem. But lucky, thier staff serviced are good. They coming directly to fix it when am call for complain. And one more things, there's no internet line at room. All guest have to go to swimming pool area for internet

Its rooms good, but its beach is not excited

We enjoyed the sea view, also well situated for access to both sides of the Island, Hotel staff made you feel welcome.

Possibly there should have been more consideration for Female drink choice, perhaps a better wine list. ie New Zealand / Australian wine choice.
