Me and my husband went for a spa , at the reception it was mentioned there is a 30% discount on spa. I went Aroma 60mins spa , Which was around rm 129 ++. There was discount offred nor a bill given. I paid approx rm138. My husband went on the next day for the same package he paid only rm 96. This was really disapointing. When my husband checked with him they it was already yesterday they cannot do anything about it. The girl who charged me was a Malaysian Indian look / short and tan in colour. This was disspaointing. We have handed over this case to Sakunthala at the reception. She was so help ful. No refund or no feedback as yet.

On the 1st day stay there is no mineral water provided. The television in room 1702 is not working and has lodged a complaint but did not get any feedback.

It's just nice to go out to town. The traffic at present along the main road is getting havier than before.

It is one of the nearest beach hotel to town.generally, the price is fair and hotel condition is acceptable.

Not enough crowd even during public holidays.

The main reason why we selected this hotel is that there was a private beach. And this is the main thing we'll remember as the beach, if not the most beautiful in the world, was really pleasant, we were almost alone every time we've been there. The staff was helpful and charming too.

This hotel was surely the first-class when it was built. 30+ years ago! Now it needs a serious refurbishing. If everything is still clean, everything from carpets to funritures to paintings need to be refreshed. Too bad as globally, the hotel itself is fine.

Helpful front of house staff and change of towels and bed linen each day.

The black mould growing around the bath which was removed the second day. We had booked sometime ago to stay fort one week so how come this necessary cleaning and bleaching had not been done in readiness. On the day of arrival we were shown two other bedrooms after commenting on the mould, the first had a patched carpet and the second had a musty smell, so we waited for the bathroom to be thoroughlohy cleaned and stayed put. Generally the hotel was not suitable any longr for 4 stars and needed a refurbishment programme.

Excellent location with its own secluded beach.WOW!.Just to add to that the staff are amazing ,always a smile and ready to assist.Will definetly be back.

Everything was so good but if the decor is updated then it will be over the top.

Great location & hotel price are affordable. Near to town.

The breakfast choice is limited. Old rooms. Need upgrading on the facilities I.e swimming pool, room decoration & interiors.
