nice staff i made the reservation of a complimentary internet, but the hotel still charged me until i showed my booking information again to the manager. thus i hoped the staff should clarify which service of customers they need when making reservation. |

It's near and very convenient going to KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers.Aeroline bus loading and drop off point is just outside the hotel.It's cheap and rates with breakfast are good value for money. |
