Approximity to the petronas towers. The room and hotel is very old. My expectations are very high based on the reviews but generally the hotel is old even the room. The swimming pool is even worst. |

Pleasant and friendly staff. I could not not sleep at all. Sound insulation was very very poor. You really need some new windows. My bed may as well have been on the pavement outside the hotel. |

The coplimentary wireless internet in our room, the spacious room, good air-contitioning, smiling stuff. Also, the location is perfect, right next to Petronas twin towers and the Suria mall. Well, will be nice if they had more european food to choose! |

Good location (close to shopping center, trains, twin towers); room was clean and comfortable, and has all necessary facilities; hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again. No, everything was fine. |

Excellent position just a few minutes walk from the Petronas towers. The staff are friendly and excellent concierge service. Good facilities in room and throughout hotel. Aircon was a little warm, and the window in my room was not sealing correctly, allowing noise from the street to enter room. |

i`d like to stay there because its convinience to everywhere especially to shopping centre. I requested for late check-out,however the housekeeping enter the room without permission and its totally not satisfied. |

courteous hotel staff, well groom hotel rooms, accessible to shopping malls, offered free shuttle to interesting places, like the chinatown I like the hotel, I would book here on my next visit |

The staff were pleasant and helpful .the location was very central within walking distance of the towers. A good choice of eateries near by Work on the water system caused contamination of the shower , washing and tiolet water which did not clear for several hours. It could have been better planned. |

The key lock system, touch and go, is secure and reassuring. The staff was very considerate and supporting when any issue arose. The linens were clean, but the pillows has an odor of sweat. When I called they immediately came up with a new set of pillows. So the response was very good, but because of the quality of the pillows, I give them poor scores on housekeeping. |

Water pressure for shower is good. Bathroom is reasonably clean although very dated.Complimentary toiletries quite decent. Very very noisy++++...not sound proof at all!! Can hear everything....outside traffic, next door guest chatting on their balcony; Staff very non-challant. No apologies when mistake was obvious ie. |
