Location was fantastic.Easy access to shopping malls in kl.conceirge was friendly to assist in getting a cab to our desired destinations.

The hotel in so-called golden triangle of KL is excellet .Easy access to KLCC and twin towers. Bathrooms not that much clean and renovated.I had an internet reservation for 1 night only (RM 235.00) but suprisingly they asked for US$ 200 as deposit upon arrival.

Affordable. Good service. Availability of rooms even for last minute booking.Clean rooms. Excellent housekeeping esp. When requesting extra bed. Housekeeping attended to my needs promptly and followed my instructions esp. Readying the extra bed when we were out.Near shopping areas. Swimming pool and gym personnel very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Receptionists esp. Must have good command of English. Reception did not inform me of complimentary breakfast. I had to remind them. Children below a certain age should be given complimentary breakfast too. Swimming pool maintenance should be looked into. A hole cover at the wading pool was loose. We gave feedback but no action taken. Not enough pool towels were available at 8am 26th Dec.

The stuff were so friendly and helpful. Also the location is excellent, very close to klcc. The ac in the room was not working properly. I had a room overlooking the main street and was so noisy. There was no shades on the window and the light woke me up very early every morning. The food was not that good.

Good location. Ok breakfast buffet. Unfriendly staff. No free Wi-Fi. Costs money to borrow printer. Didn't fix toilet that was broken. Our "upgrade" seamed more like an downgrade somehow.

Very friendly staff, all speak excellent English. The Hotel is kind off run down. I called the maintenance staff about 5 times, as tv didn't work and so on. They came very quick and solved the problems.

It has been a great experience staying in corus hotel. The hotel seemed to be well maintained with great food, friendly n helpful staffs. Just a walking distnce away to klcc and ampng park, is an added value.

The location was excellent, being very close to the Petronas Towers, KLCC Suria and the Railway Station. The staff were all very efficient and friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent also, with a good range of food to suit almost everyone.

It was in a good location very close to Petronas Towers and a metro transit station. Room service were unobtainable, even via the assistant manager, and when they finally made contact did not appear to consider there was any problem. They are too used to catering for large groups so ignore others. The vacuum cleaner has not visited the corners of the room or lobby areas for a very long time. This is not so much a luxury hotel. It provides a very basic room and, for the first time ever, a laminated list of the costs one will incur if anything is taken or damaged. Clearly they must have a problem with this happening but the unpleasant tone it creates is not easily forgotten. Very expensive internet use in the business centre and payment demanded immediately after use. Front desk staff unable to give accurate directions for local transport links.

the staff were all very helpfull and patient as there was a bit of a mix up with our booking adjustment email they didnt get. doesn't matter had a wonderful time the bar waitress was very helpful with where to go and what to see I do think the bar manager should have a course in workplace bullying

Corus Hotel is ideally situated; close to the Metro System, to the Twin Towers, to a large shopping mall and also in walking distance to some other sites. Finding the closest entrance to the shopping mall and metro was a little obscure but ask at the desk. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. We were fortunate to have had a nice view of the swimming pool area which I must say was a highlight of our trip there. The swimming pool area is attractive with good facilities for sunbathing and swimming and even for eating as food was available. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even reading material available for those who wanted to relax and read while sunbathing.

Good size rooms but slightly run down. Good bathroom supplies, daily newspaper, free internet. Breakfast is good if you like Asian style with cooked oily food. There should be more choices of bakery, cheese and cereals for those who do not eat oily food. Air conditioning temperature can not be controlled, only fan speed.

The hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent as it has local and western food. The hotel is located near to the road where some rooms windows are facing to the road and these rooms are not the quiet ones.
