I liked the overall facility, and it had all I needed. I took staying at Corus Hotel over Ascott Apartments as they dint have supportive facilities.

I forgot my internet-computer adaptor and asked for it for 5 days with out any results. Finally when I was accompanied by helpful staff to the room I had left it in. It was not there and I have not been able to have that returned to me.

Good business hotel.

I travelled to K.L. via AeroLine from Singapore which stop at Corus Hotel. It's convenience.

Proximity to KLCC as well as good local restaurants

it still is old and crumbly. recently heard their radio ad boasting refurbishment. It's a misnomer.

No smoking floor was allotted to me Breakfast good

Upon checkin the receptionist tried to change bed configuration from what was originally booked. They said there was no king size beds left, when I complained suddenly they had rooms with king size beds. This was a bad first impression

I always enjoy staying at Corus Hotel kl. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The hotel's position near to the twin towers is hard to beat. Good value and scrumptious breakfast.

Management should do something about the rip off taxi drivers that operate around the front entrance. I got charged 30rm to travel from Corus to Sentral station.

The hotel is so old, and the reception not welling and not helpfull.. The value of the price is in the location not for hotel facilties

i like the fact that Corus is housed with some basic facilities like, gym, pool etc.

the hotel on the whole needs serious refurbishment, the toilets were leaking and needed to be attended to that was very unpleasant

Some staff at the counter were not friendly. They also tried to rip me off with taxis fares.

internet very expensive.stuff should learn to speak english.

Location is ideal for shopping

No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. It is not the policy of the hotel to supply these items.

Very good sized swimming pool. We were able to swim laps (after a fashion) to unwind after plane trip from Europe.

Food and alchohol prices inflated but typical of that style of hotel.

Good location, only 5 minutes walk to Petronas Towers. The room is big.

The hotel is a little big old.

It's very clean and all facilities were nice and also clean. Well located at the klcc station nearby the famous towers. 5 min walking. Safe to walk around at night.

Staff a bit deorganized. Downstairs restaurant way too expensive. Breakfast also expensive but there is a coffee shop just next door.

Location is the best, only a few steps away from the centre.

The smell in the room wasnt very good, also the sheets and pilows wasnt smelling like washed. We stayed only one night and didnt spend much time in the hotel. But I was surprised when we checked in, they gave the key and even didnt ask to carry the bags and usually somebody shows the room but it was like selfservice we found our way to the room. We asked for plug adapter and instead of they send to the room they want us to go to reception to pick up. These stars for this hotel is too much...

Location: It's in a walking distance to the petronis tower, klcc aquarium, restaurants. Very central and close to everything. Internet is fast and is for free. The room was cleaned as required everyday. Is a good value for what the amount asked. Very Gay-friendly They helped us with charge plug adaptor
