overall ok. feeling at home

pillows were nice to see, but not good. shower leaking, pls get it repair.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room, nicely decorated, good WiFi and tv! There was no noise either from hallway etc

The location isn't great for the beach or eating out in the evenings

Centrally located in Kuah with food stalls within walking distance

The staff were friendly but during my booking I had stated that I needed a ground floor room if lifts were not available. They put us on the first floor with a long flight of stairs. I had no choice but to opt for a more expensive room on the ground floor. Typical Malaysian mentality - couldn't be bothered attitude. Free parking available stated on the website but there were parking bays in front of the hotel at 60 cents an hour. Need I say more?

Price is quite expensive and room is not clean as well. Not recommend to stay here, unless you got nothing choice in short period.

Room was too small.

Wad asked for non-smoking room and when we went to check-in they said they did not have a non-smoking room and the only remaing room was smoking. They had rented out all the rooms except for this one. They told us that we need not stay with them as they had demand for the room (due to holidays) and they would not charge us. They helped to find another hotel but all were booked and we did not have any option but stay in that dirty room. They apperently dont care if you booked through booking.com. We may not use bookings.com in the future if the hotels do not honor what we request.

Staff were friendly - other than that nothing.

The staff here are nice and I thought the location was convenient. It's walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Kuah as well as near the jetty. There are places to rent motorbikes and cars nearby.cosy Inn also offers competitively priced tours.

The room is small, which may be an issue for some people. I suppose it could be cleaner. The mirrors were dirty.

Great location situated in kuah for local visiting.

The room we stayed doesn't have a window. It has a wet smell and the fuse box was noisy most of the time.

The Cosy Inn location which is near to food, shopping, and other facilities. Most within walking distance. You could even walk to the Island Hopping jetty nearby. The friendly staffs is ever ready to assist you. The room is nicely decorated, has most amenities needed. Satellite TV and free widgets-fi ;) Mind you that this is a budget accommodation, so can't expect the sky for the price paid.

Very cosy & convenient with all the proximity of shops. Stayed at back room ground floor.

Toilet clean but once close door and exhaust fan activated, foul smell from back drain got sucked out thru the toilet drain hole.

旅舍房间不大，但该有的都有，对住宿没有太高要求得背包客应该都能接受，接待我们的工作人员都很nice，- 而且旅舍的背后就是海边一个非常好的看日落的地方，我们到兰卡威的第一天就有幸看到最美的日落~~ A small hostel with nice staff !

工作人员很热情，很亲切。

员工服务很好，热情友善。离瓜镇码头不远，离免税购物点也很近，但是一点也不喧闹，旁边就有餐馆，很方便。-

我们住一楼，房间很小不通风，潮气比较重。
