Taxi service BAr opening hours. I arrived late and could not get a drink. Minibar not filled. Morning coffee in Lobby bar only at 10.00. Coffee in Breakfast room of very poor quality (too weak). Bathroom could do with a refreshment. |

Fast and value for money room service food is provided. It is convinent for shopping traveller necessities nearby. The towel are not clean and white. |

The signage from Jl. Tun Razak is too small. We nearly got ripped off when we ordered a taxi to the airport from one of the ground staff. |

strategic location and close to my head office seems like the receptionist does not prefer us to book via internet. diificult to trace till i hv to go to business to print the voucher. |

Spacious room. Facilities like pool, gym, convenient location. Car park entrance was so difficult to find (we went 2 rounds around the area because there was no visible signage. Bathroom tiles were pretty old and looked very tired. The website claimed it's a 5 star but I would only give it 3 star. Very misleading. |

Clean linen every day no matter what. Friendly housekeepers. Massive room with King sized bed. No complaints! Dinner buffet was a little pricey - you are best to go elsewhere or order from the menu - 2 can dine for less than the same price for one person buffet! |
