The luxurious Cyberview Lodge Resort & Spa is located in Cyberjaya, half a mile from Putrajaya Transit Station. It features 3 landscaped swimming pools, a well-furnished spa and free internet. The elegant chalets at Cyberview Lodge come with hardwood floors and private balconies that offer views of the pool or grounds. Each spacious chalet is equipped with a personal computer and TV with cable channels. Guests can work out at the fitness center or play a game of tennis. Fishing by the lake is another good recreation choice. For convenience, the resort offers bike rental services and free parking. Bistro Cascata serves Italian dishes and offers views of the waterfall. Room service is also available upon request. I liked nothing about this hotel. First of all hotel's signs from main road are misleading; they indicate 'Cyperview Lodge', which give the impression they meant for another hotel. So, you keep run up and down the main address road indicated for an hour; nice if you had a long flight and just want to check in and settle.Second of all, although I arrived at 4 pm but still made me wait for a long time for no good reason. The staff look indefferent and particularly at front desk don't seem very smart. Third of all, they just gave me the room number and expect you to go find it in the middle of the hot and humid afternoon. I had to ask other staff on my way finding the room, ironically, they don't seem to know where it was. I finally found it but my luggage was not sent although they said it on its way. Waited half an hour did reach my room, so I went to the front desk only to see its place unmoved. Can someone tell me what one can call that? I absolutely won't go back to that hotel again and I certainly don't recommend it to anyone.

When I stayed there with my husband I fell down some stairs .The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Wet slippery stairs after the rain.

The room was magnificent, everything is taken care of, from tv to the toothbrush in the bathroom. The service was excellent. I had a complimentary cake from the Italian kitchen when the staff found out that my girlfriend was having her birthday. Room service was quick and efficient, we had lunch and dinner in the room and they are absolutely great in term of food quality and the services! A range of food was also served for the breakfast! A lot of activities can be planned to relax and enjoy in the resort! The swimming pool should be treated with care as the water is a bit muddy.

La camera è molto grande. Aveva una terrazza spaziosa e un bel bagno con doccia e vasca . L'arredo è classico e adatto al contesto . Il letto enorme e comodo . La colazione ha una scelta ampia per tutti i gusti e di qualità . Assolutamente da provare. Bella anche la piscina anche se non abbiamo usufruito del servizio . La pulizia non era perfetta anche se molto buona. Gli accappatoi per la piscina non sembravano pulitissimi e le ciabatte per la SPA non erano nuove. La posizione rimane un po' isolata rispetto ai principali punti di interesse. L'aeroporto dista a 15 o 20 minuti d'auto .

النظافة و المنظر بالاضافة الى حسن الضيافة و الابتسامة و الاستقبال ابتداء من حراس الامن المتواجدون في المخارج و الادارة الذي لا مثيل لهم بين الفنادق التي زرتها و يتميز المنتجع بوفرة المناظر الطبيعية خصوصا في موسم هطول الامطار و غرفه تمتاز بالوسع التي تمنحك الراحة و حرية التنقل حول مسكنك و سرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب. ما لم يعجبني هو الطعام و قلة توفر الاصناف العربية و غلى الاسعار في الوجبات و خصوصا المطعم الصيني و الذي معظم طاقمه لا يجيدون اللغة الانجليزية و الذي جعلني اداوم باستمرار على الاكل في المطعم الايطالي في المنتجع.

小度假别墅，房间很大。别墅外就有停车位，很方便，环境很幽静。适合休闲，入住的时候有欢迎饮料喝。每天有- 报纸看。 我们房间的马桶坏了，修了一次，但是还是不好用，入住的时候，卫生间里的洗漱套装都不全，牙刷都没有，最后- 打电话要的。蚊子较多，自己要注意防蚊。

جميل هذا المنتجع وخدماته رائعة كالسباء .. والجاكوزي .. والساونا خدمة سريعة .. موظفين ودودين جدا .. مناظر وشلال صناعي رائع الحشرات قليلة بس الدود وجدتهم مرتين في الغرفة

فندق قائم على سرقة الزبون مبالغ من الفيزا دون حق تم حجز مبلغ مني كبير حتى اﻻن لم يتم عوجة الى الحساب بسب عدم موافقة موقع الحجز الخاص بكم وفندق ﻻيستاهل اي نجمة قديم جدا وكثرة البعوض في الغرف والحشرات وﻻ توجد وجبات حﻻل . زوجتى تعرضه لصدمه ولم تنم من الحشرات والبعوض وتوجهنا للنستشفى مباشرة خدمه اﻻستقبال سيئة انتظرنا ساعة ثم الغرف بعيده جدا من اللوبي والمطعم وبركه السباحة تطلب سيارة للوصول للمطعم والخدمات بطئه حجزه 3 ايام وسكنت ليله فقط تم سحب مبلغ تامين عالي ولم يتم اعادته رغم اتصالي المتكرر بهم حوالى 250 ريال عماني وذلك غير دفع اﻻيجار والهدف ارغامك السكن في مساكن ذات ريحه كريه وبعوض وحشرات وزواحف في الغرف والحمامات مياه السخان بارده السرير اﻻثاث متهالك ﻻيصلح ان يكون سوى نجمة واحده اﻻكل سيء خرجت بعد 5 ساعات وسكنت في فندق استان في العاصمة وشارع العرب ارخص وافخم وانظف وتوجد اكﻻت حﻻل واخرى هنديه . الرجاء من القائمين على موقع الحجز حذف هذا الفندق والمطاربه بارجاع مبلغ التامين .
