Simple friendly fast and affordable

For this moment and my 24hours stay have nothing to say.. Pls keep it up the good service

Great staff and services. Room was very comfortable and great value. Only stayed over night but would recommend it to friends.

Room service was not available due to a function this meant I had to venture out in a storm to get an evening meal.

Nothing really - one small thing perhaps the En suite door/access could have been better designed

the room was clean and value for money, although a bit small. Housekeeping staff were good and friendly

the food served for breakfast wasnt good. eat it only not to be hungy, but it wasnt enjoyable. staff in the coffee house were not friendly, they must learn to smile more. similarly, the front desk staff were unsmiling

Nice big room. Comfortable bed and, fairly good linen. Friendly staff (although Door / Bell service was hopeless - they just stand behind the counter and don't even bother to offer any assistance..but they do greet you!) Breakfast was simple but tasty - the local coffee is excellent!

Wifi : Could be better - a bit unstable. Also, you can only log in with one device at a time, so when checking my emails or the internet on my laptop, I couldn't use my mobile phone for whatsapp etc. However, they gave me 2 passwords to facilitate that, which was good. Also, passwords expired after 24 hours, so you have to get new ones each day, which was a bit inconvenient. Bathroom : shower curtain should be changed and cleaned. It was disgusting! Aircon in room was definitely inadequate to cool the large room, especially since my room faced the evening, setting sun. Transport : If you don't have your own vehicle, that will be a big, big problem as there are no taxis around. Walking, especially at night, can be a bit challenging. Neighbours : the locals staying at the flats opposite the building are very noisy, with loud arguments on the street late into the night - you can hear the ruckus clearly from the rooms. Cafe : short operating hours, closes by 10. No where to get a drink at night - unless you drive out.

The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable and spacious

Did not have a problem with the Hotel but the town was a dead town by 8 pm. Would suggest to open in other locations with convinience such as ease to entertainment spots and public transportation.

It is a comfortable stay and there are shops nearby. The rooms are pretty big for my family with 2 young boys.

Not sure whose mistake, the hotel staff or www.booking.com because when we checked-in, the hotel staff couldn't find our name in their record although we have shown our reservation details. That staff were quite reluctant to check in detail for us until we made a fuss. Luckily they still have some available rooms. The hotel had initially blamed Booking.com for not sending our reservation details to them, then they said maybe one of their staff may have forgotten to update the record.

Nice layout of the room,and new flat screen tv. Bed is comfortable to hv a good night sleep.

Floor needs to be clean more thoroughly, a bit dusty. We misplace the breakfast voucher,instead of issuing a replacement voucher,we have pay for it! The bathroom in the family suite was very small.

Toilet - too small. I try to call the hotel number like 20 times, none responded. Feels really frustrated. When I was at the checking in counter , there always at least a staff available at all time..

The hotel was very comfortable,brand new ,pretty flash for the price. Friendly staff ,decent breakfast . Good spot for a rest for a night while travelling.

Bad location, too far from anywhere to walk ,and maybe a bit scary walking around there at night. Had room service for dinner and it was pretty average.

Clean room, nice TV and nice room.

Reception wasn t very efficient. Bad location, far from ferry and train and central bus station. Nothing around to eat, poor choice of food. Terrible breakfast, food disgusting and no choice. Restaurant was supposed to be open until 11pm but was closed at 10 pm when we arrived.

The only complaint was the breakfast.the eggs were cold and some were not fully cooked and not much selection for children

Perkhidmatan dan kesediaan staff yang sangat prihatin dan sentiasa membantu. Bilik Studio yang sangat luas, muat untuk 8 orang. Walaupun lawatan ini hanya bersama isteri. Suasana hotel yang sunyi dan tiada gangguan bunyi dari bilik sebelah. Harga bayaran bilik studio berbaloi dengan saiz, kemudahan dan lokasi hotel. Tempat letak kereta dalam kawasan hotel dan ada pengawal. Restoran Hotel memberi sarapan pagi percuma. Room service, makanan panas dan sedap. Harga berpatutan.

Berhadapan dengan flat kos murah dan bersebelahan dengan rumah teres binaan sendiri. Walaubagaimanapun pembangunan pada masa hadapan disekitar kawasan tersebut amatlah diharapkan.

部屋が広くて奇麗でした。スタッフもフレンドリー。朝食もまあまあでしょう。近くにスーパーや食堂もありま- す。フェリー乗り場までタクシーを使ったとしても、島側より割安でしょう。

バタワースに興味のない人にとっては、ホテルからタクシーでフェリー乗り場へ（10分弱）、そこからフェリ- ーでジョージタウンへ（20分くらい）というのは、少し遠いかもしれません。
