Some staff friendly. Everything else. I planned to stay 11 nights. Changed hotels after two. The computers did not work. Restaurant did not honor free breakfast coupons. No help in getting adaptor for laptop so I could use wifi. The hotel to which I moved did this. Overpriced for what they offer. |

There is a frige.thats all.the counter helps us alot of times to call the taxi thanks.YOU Keep a safety box for the guest.thats good. I have wait for my room for about 3 hours when I reached at 12pm.as I reach the room is not so comfortable especially the toilet.alot of things were spoilt,radio,pipe sink,aircon was not cold the bed was small than my 2nd hotel which I slept at after that. Voucher I printed was rm240 and when I reach there they told me to pay extra rm110.this is trublesome.you didnt state it on the final total including gst and service charge,how would I know.this is unconvenient for me and my friends. I was really unhappy about that.next time when you send me the email voucher please indicate all the payments I have to pay.and also please preapre the room upon my arrival and give the rooms side by side or closer. |

Facilities available within the area location. Very limited car parking space within the hotel compound and not well plan on the entry and exit of vehicles. |

Staff were efficient. Checking in was a breeze and it was a good value for money. Breakfast was adequate. Location wise it was far off the city. The air condition in the room did not face the bed and hence it was not a very comfortable stay especially at night. Checking out took longer than expected due to some system malfunction. |

It has good location which provide quick access to highways Internet usage should be offer free instead of charging only a mere 4RM for 2 hrs usage. Usually we will use less than an hour. |
