Nice pool Superior and boutique rooms were nice They moved us into a 'superior' room when we complained about the condition of the room, but we had booked a ' delux' room and had expected a reasonable standard.

Delux rooms were disgraceful with severe mould growing on bathroom ceilings. All furnishings stained and tatty. Floors filthy. To call this a delux room is a total joke. It was absolutely filthy and very poor standard! Located next to 2 construction sites with noise from 7am til 5pm. One site had a pack of 13 dogs in which barked all night!

1. Gas-stove not friendly user. 2. Living room air-condition was set to timer. 3. master bedroom air-condition capacity too small. 4. Overhead hot Shower heater not functioning properly. 5. Astro channel wasn't of full package.

My unit was dusty (not properly clean) and floor tiles are loose Living room sofa set was dirty and mouldy

The apartment is clean and parking is provided.

The only thing is the air-con is abit warm.

Check-in was easy and the guard was very helpful. The unit was clean.

The unit was a bit run down and the cutlery and crockery lacking.

Staff seemed friendly and helpful, flat was good value for money and was close to centre and the pool was nice.

The staff were either dishonest or disorganised. During cleaning only four out of five towels were replaced. I didnt notice this so when it was time to leave at the end of our stay we got charged for a replacment towel. First flat that we were offered had damp ceiling with mold dropping onto the bathroom surfaces, when we pointed this out we were given a different room. Bed sheets were washed but stained.

Excellent homely experience. Nice and polite staff. Very clean apartment and very well furnished.

We didn't realize last check-in was 6pm and arrived much later. There was a staff who lived nearby available 24 hours! She had keys and accepted our foreign currency as deposit too. Flexible and friendly staff. Every room was air-conditioned and clean! Living room was spacious. A laundry machine, gas stove for cooking, pan & pot, coffee& tea, microwave and free wi-fi!

It is very suitable for families with children as there are 3 bedrooms and the apartment is very spacious and clean.

The location is a bit far from the bus-stop. Otherwise, it is convenient enough to go to most places in town.

Room was spacy and clean. Ammenity was enough and the security guard was kind and polite.

Shower head was leaking. Bathtub was dirty. Sofa was dirty. Some drawer cannot be open. Smaller room no mirror. Not enough pillow for whole family. Too expensive for a simple resort room.

I would like to thank to Wati for her understanding about our problem.

This is my first experience when I want to check in, they count how many people staying in the unit and when the total of people staying exceed the maximum (5 person for apartment with 3 bedroom), they not allowed us to go in and ask us to take another unit which actually not necessary as they can recommend us to take extra bed instead of take another unit. When we checked in, air cond in the 2nd room was leaking and we called the maintenance but till the end nobody turn up to repair the aircond. I really had a bad experience upon check in to the hotel and it also spoilt our holiday mood. The other unit owner also not friendly.

Convenient & value for money in a good location.

Building support systems needs to be serviced or up graded to give the main corridor and lift lobby a better fresher welcoming effect.

Comfort & clean , great location for city-trip

The spacing of the apartment is big. My kids like to stay because it feels like our own. The location is convenient to go any places in Penang. Thanks to Joyce, Wati and Jac for the nice arrangement when we like to extend the stays.

It's in a very strategic location. Penang is best knows her food n it's at every corner u turn. The condo itself is spacious, clean n well equipped. My friends n family from KL were very happy that I found this apartment. Plus it is very affordable.
