At night, there is no shopping mall nearby. Only 7-11 available.

Hotel is very centrally located and only walking distance from banks, resturants as well as bus and taxi stand. The must visit Payang market where souveniors, batik and handcrafts are sold, is also nerby. For muslims, the 200 year old mosque of which can accomodate 2500 people is only 100 meters away.

No lift and is quite cumbersome for the elderly to climb up the stairs.Also the reception area is pretty small and crammed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Right next to China town and waterfront. Probably can't expect much more at this price.

Bathroom sink stinky. No lift. Dust on surfaces above eye level of average Malaysian (I'm quite tall). Curtains could use washing.

Overall as Budget Hotel is very good..Some improvement can be done E.G. build-up space room let more comfortable. I'm satay at room 1111,tv located not proper...from the bed can't see the tv, so what?.
