早餐时间太短.迟起的人都没东西吃了.可以加对几个电台节目.台湾综艺节目.good

Everything, value for money, friendly staff, nice food ( every morning served different menu, and very near to Kuching waterfront.

The hotel located in town area..a very good walk to see local shop and just about 10 min walk to Kuching Waterfront. Nice new hotel with black as their corporate colour. For muslim very good as they provide yassin and also close to the oldest mosque.Village experience can be feel there. Amenities such as toothpaste can be request.

I arrived late at 1am and a bit hassle as they said booking.com have not send them the confirmation. They let us stay with their price. Room is not as my expectation. The smallest they give us.not as requested because they don't reserved.

Durch eine (versperrte) Verbindungstür hörten wir die Nachbarn aus dem Nebenzimmer reden - mit Ohrstöpseln war das aber kein Problem mehr!

Ich habe noch nie ein so hilfsbereites Personal getroffen. Sie waren alle sehr bemüht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Selbst unser Gepäck konnten wir über Nacht da lassen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten. Bei der Zimmerwahl empfehle ich jedem nicht Moslem ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Der Blick auf die Moschee ist zwar nach vorne sehr schön, aber jeden Morgen um 6.00 Uhr geweckt zu werden ist nicht jedermanns Sache.

Single room very small which just fit one bed. Noisy from the water flowing next room. Breakfast with limited choices and average quality. Could do better with local Laksa Sarawak, Mee Jawa or Mee Kolok insetad of nasi lemak, nasi goreng, mamak mee, etc. It seems that the hotel is aiming for muslims client. Free Wifi is available.

Some of the cable TV channels like ESPN, NatGeo not showing well. Also, can hear other room using tap/shower, not very good.

The room service was very poor example ..bed for two but towwel was only one in the room . the room which I saw in the booking list is totally different. The second day after my outing and back to hotel found no towel. Call room service and say will attend shortly thn after 45minutes called again the room service answered rudly by saying "we also waiting for the towel"..is it ythe way to answer.. Then after 10 minutes my second called I received my towel. Another incident ..wake up call .. informen front desk to give a wake up call say ok but until the next morning no calls .. during my checkout I told the person incharge about the matter seem its like nothing corcern her just say"is it" ..what apoor services.. I booked a wrong hotel during my stayed in Kuching.. I entered my room when check in ..already no mood to stay there ... pls consider other hotels..booking.com pls dont recommend this hotel in ur list. Thankyou ...rameshkumar

The room was ok generally.

Location was a bit off the Main Bazaar road. Staff was not helpful. It manage and own by Radical Muslim so it more feel like a mosque than a hotel, so if you are not Muslim better not to stay. All time religious songs playback in hotel lobby and foyers. No breakfast cause it was Ramadan when we visited there and they cancel Breakfast since it was fasting month. Internet was down, No food in menu which a western can eat. The staff even would find rude and impolite. The room was not that much clean also, you could find stains on sheets. And the whole guests and staff would look at you if you wear short or tops since it is not usual for them to have a foreigner guest.
