the bed is full of bed bugs. even after we've changed the room there are still got bed bugs. the room is dirty

The room is clean, well organized. Room, great outdoor pool and relaxing ambient. F n b staff are well mannered too.

The entrence and the pool. Reception staff seldom smile and have double standards.....for local visitors wtih less greeting and smiles but with ang mo!!!!???..... Regardless from where....we all pay ordering meals from room, twice with wrong delivery. communication breakdown...please improve on this as travelers are hungry and tired. we cannot tolerate such mistakes as simple as taking food orders.

Room was quite comfortable

Staff was rude especially the housekeeping dept. they dun even have the courtesy to knock on the doors to check if is occupied b4 coming in! The front desk wasn't that courteous too. We woke up about 12.20 n she expected us to check out immediately or charge us for half a day. Won't be going to that hotel again.

The chef should includes more variety of food for the breakfast .

Nothing i like about this hotel.

- the staff is not capable to attend the guest. Lack of training for sure. Their work very slow and not professional. Not only me, other guests also got problem during check-in and check-out time. This is really frustrating. - The room carpet is dirty and worn out. the balcony room is so dirty. - never ever stay to this hotel!

Room was not ready eventhough has been confirmed through website. I have to wait for a while since they have no choice but to upgrade to a bigger room.

The location is great and easy access to causeway (bypassing Johor Bahru CIty Center) to Singapore.

We book 2 rooms with twin single beds with old and dirty curtains. The rooms' carpet were dirty and cigarette ash are everywhere. Generally the rooms are not properly cleaned.

Room was adequate size with all the amenities a 4 star hotel should have. Modern design room. Fast and polite staff

The parking at different block and i have to climb the stairs 3 floor high. Hassle especially with young children. The breakfast menu was poor. Rather than serve noodle soup, better serve porridge that will be accepted by all patrons especially overseas

Its location away from city hustle and bustle. Close to major highways.

Furnitures and carpet needs major replacement.

Only have a towel in a business suite?! No toothbrush n toothpaste too, which is very bad for us.

The staff are extremely helpful and tried to be as helpful as they could seeing that we were totally disappointed. The following day we were upgraded to club floor and the rooms were as expected of a 3 star, cleaner and with no smelly carpets .

What you see on their website is definitely not what you see when you check in. The hotel rooms are very dirty, it's a condominium converted into a 3 star hotel. Not a 3 star by any standard. Do not stay there 3 stars in Malaysia are not the same as in Europe .

big rooms, free wifi

staff are multi purpose..lacking of amenities ie. Towels..nobody came to clean my room fr am till pm I came back.

It was easily accessible and it was near Giant and Tesco supermarket. Value for money. Front desk reacted fast enough when I called to inform there wasn't towels and amenities in room.

Amenities were not in room when I checked in. We had to park our cars in the multi storey carpark and hence climbing up and down the multi storey carpark was quite a tiring thing to do. All rooms booked smells mouldy, we had to buy our own air freshener and passed around among our friends.

Convenient and comfort staying

Not really like the hotel, no difference with a budgeted hotel...

The hotel is actually paying the neighbouring Condo management to let the guest use some facilities. We guest were given lesser priority for carpark, swimpool, gyms... The feeling of not welcome to use their facilities. We had to walk out of the hotel premises, cross the service road to get to carparks, swim pool or gyms and it feels like strangers accessing other peoples facilities. Once you entered the hotel, everything seems cramp... the lobby, the rooms, the walkways.... Maybe only suitable for those who just need to sleep for the night and get out of the place quickly.

excellent.value for money

business rooms was spacious, got sofa bed for extra person in the living room, two slim tv(bed+living room), got kiblat arrow for muslim prayer need, near tesco,giant, AEON jaya jusco and not far from JB town.

all rooms carpeted,no towel upon entering and have to wait 15 minutes to get it.

Reception check in too slow, not well understanding what we mentioned. Room not clean tidy, smelly when room door open. Some of the facilities share with outsiders feels bad.

The location which I take as a base to move around Johor Bahru (own transport) and the price for a night stay with breakfast for 2.

Nothing to say for the price I'm paying. If I were to pay more than US100 then I expect the best but no hotel stay is perfect. I've stayed in a 5-star hotel but.... :(
