Cellini’s is the hotel’s Italian restaurant, open daily for lunch and dinner and serving a range of authentic dishes and a selection of fine wines.
Checkers Cafe is open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything in between. This cosy cafe offers a variety of quality food and flavours.
The Windows Lounge & Sidewalk cafe is open from Monday to Saturday and is famous for showcasing live music by local and international musicians. A range of local dishes is served here.
24 hour room service is also available at the hotel.
The hotel is at the start of Bintang Walk, an area famed for its many restaurants, clubs, shops and malls.
A little further afield, guests can visit the Petronas Twin Towers / KLCC and the KL Tower.

Comfortable rooms and a good buffet breakfast. Great location in the Golden Triangle Fitness weight machine was broken - needs a thorough overhall.. Hot water took time to come through for the shower?? Good rooms though and very clean with great views from the upper floors. |

Good quality for reasonable price I Payed with VISA. Money was taken twice.First time as "We just check availability" and second time on check out. Will call them after arrive home.Plus rather far from metro. |

Wonderful location, quiet and in the middle of everything. Effective and polite staff. I arrivet to the hotel at 8.30 A.M, and my room was ready, despite the fact that check-in starts at 2 P.M. I higfhly appreciated it after 12 hour long flight from Europe! |

The rooms are big and view from the hotel is good. Requested for an extra key to my hotel room but hotel staff told me they were out of stock. I was pretty surprised card keys can run out of stock. |

I think the staffs are very flexible and accomodating especially when the rooms are all taken up, they are willing to upgrade our 2 rooms into a family suite at no extra charge. I think the carpark needs to be upgraded as the entrance and driving path is too narrow. |

The bead sheets were dirty, very noisy rooms due to people checking out very early and let their kids scream. The mattress was old and you can feel the springs. Check out time was very long as they couldn't find our check in papers. Very messy and unorganized reception. We didn't like it there and we will never stay there again Location is good |

The staff was very nice and helped me to go to some touristic places and even gave me some nice advices. At walking distance from Shopping area, a bit longer for city center. Old-style rooms. Would need a "refresh". |

All of the staff made sure that they spoke to you and made you feel welcome - the Hotel itself was very clean and tidy and nothing was a problem - the room was very nice, cleaned daily and very comfortable. |

Close proximity to major shopping centers .But most importantly room is spacious , security was not compromised and customers services were good in general. It would be excellent if there were free shuttle transportation to airports and major tourist attractions nearby as transportation network is very bad in kl from point a to b unless you took a cab which does not gave you a peace of mind. |

The staff is very friendly especially those at the front desk. I booked for a non-smoking room but none was available at that time and a free upgrade to deluxe premier was given to me. That was so amazing. |
