The rooms are big The stove was not working, the toilet hose was leaking and there was a smell of some sort of leakage of appliances. No one actually did anything despite informing them of the stove not working. Need to touch up on the place if want to retain customers. |

The rooms were large and spacious Most things didn't work and we had to change rooms. First room no airconditioners working and had to push the point for 2 days to get a room change. Hot water in Kitchen didn't work. Vision 4 was not active in any rooms as promised in the write-up. Lights weren't all working. Location is very very bad, and the hotel knew it. They charged a lot to take you anywhere as there was no public transport, and nothing within walking distance. You are better off paying 50RM more to stay in the city as it would be cheaper and quicker to walk to places of interest. |

Ooit een prachtige plek geweest; nu vergane glorie! Foto's op de website komen absoluut niet meer overeen met de werkelijkheid. Waren op de hoogte dat Dueta Vista buiten het centrum van KL ligt, maar het is iedere keer weer een groot probleem om een taxi te vinden die bereid is je naar het centrum te brengen ivm trafficjam...... hetzelfde geldt wanneer je vanuit het centrum terig wilt naar het ap |
