the room service and facilities in the room not good for family to saty overnight.

Reservation staff are not serious with guest's booking.Just imagine I called them to inform about my late check-in,apparently they told me my booking was cancelled.How shocked I was.I Told them to re-check,but they still informing me that my booking was cancelled! To reservation staff, please be more alert. You're not losing anything by double- checking the booking number,aren't ya?

There were a lot of activities to be played. The horseback riding was a joy and memorable experience.

All was good till we dine at the restaurant inside the ranch. The staff had poor service. Firstly we were the only patrons of the restaurant but our food took 45 mins to come. Next when the food came it was uncooked. When the food was brought back to be redone the staff were busy watching tv without despite our empty glasses. Furthermore, the recooked food was left on counter till we had to get the cold food ourselves while the staff watch their tv. Worst still the recooked food was still uncooked. Worst experience at a restaurant ever. The least they could do was not charge for the meal which they eventually did.

Bike show was good fun and well organised

The teepee tent rooms are quite interesting. It's like having your own individual home. The place is clean and nice, staff is efficient and friendly.

The concept of cowboy town is to my liking. Staying in a TPee was something of an experience. Isolated location is ideal for a weekend break. Activities like go-kart,paintball etc are good for the older children.

A little bit boring at night.

It is a wonderful place to stay, resort staffs are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely visit there again to try on different type of rooms.

i like the design concept of it.. how it accommodate for the user.. they link to each other and functioning as a whole where it located..

i stay at tepee and i dont like a voice hearing while night, in bathroom... we can hear people walking, sometimes the motorcycle sound..a little bit annoying.. and we also can hear if our neighbour on the TV loud..

Hotel sangat cantik & selesa.seperti berada di 'red indian'.seronok utk bergambar.sarapannya juga boleh tahan.

Harap akan ada wifi/astro.TV Agak kurang jelas gambarnya.selain itu,ada kesukaran sedikit berkenan dgn plug elektrik-terlalu kedalam.parking agak susah juga.xboleh parking berdekat dgn bilik
