1) Evening at planters- food bites were not replenished quick. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes yet the opening time for the whole free flow titbits & drinks was only an hour. Clean glasses replenished late, upon request. Guest had to wait,scattered around. No assistance to tables, sit and go. For a 5 star hotel, this isn't what i paid for regardless holidays or not.
2)The breakfast,whole area was a mess. Chaos in line to get your food. Understand that it's the holidays but because of that i believe management should have figured out a better arrangement.People had to wait in line for most of it. Coffee was upon request a few times, tables were left unclean leaving customers to wait.
3) Did not get my coffee fix for the lavaza espresso machine, had to request for it.
4) Language berrier - unable to speak fluently in English (staff).
5) Check out - was not refunded the deposit & had to turn back my car to get the deposit (Thought the deposit was put in the envelope upon checkout)
Everything to do with the room. The bed, the bathtub,the shower,the his & hers wash area,the balkony, the lighting and everything to do with the room is superb.
