Good location. 10 mins to airport, 15 mins to city center. Next to the biggest shopping complex in Penang, the Queensbay Mall. 5 mins drive to the seafood eateries. Good excess road. Very friendly and accommodating staffs. 5 mins drive to the Penang bridge if you were to go to the mainland

The location which is near Queensbay Mall was perfect for me and my children. The room service was excellent. My children loved your Ceasar salad and the fried rice. A bit pricy but tasty. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. House keeping was attentive, responded to our request promptly. Area to improve is front desk, Staff there should be more friendly and able to communicate well. Otherwise everything was good almost to excellent. Thank you for making my stay wonderful. The room was a bit too small. No water (tap) outlet next to the toilet bowl! We Muslims like to use the water to wash! Appreciate very much if can fix one .

The reception ladies were polite, well manners and welcoming us. Besides, the room was spacious and well maintained. The best thing was the location, easy to access the Queensbay Mall and usm.

Is great overall... Deposit charge is too much imo... Having more non-smoking rooms would be a plus. Also, soundproofing between connecting rooms could do better.

Very friendly staffs and room service food was good. Very close to the bridge and airport. Close to a major shopping mall. The room should be a little bigger. Cleanliness should be better maintained.

Sound proof was really good, it is quiet. Clean and tidy. Staff was attentive, our room's electricity had problem during midnight, the technician came to solve the problem instantly, and the hotel reception prepared another room for us to choose if we want to change room or wait till the problem solved. We chosen to wait and the problem solve after 10 mins. Water pressure was not good enough. The shower water pressure should be improved
