Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine is located on the second floor and provides a wide variety of Japanese fare.
Head to the first floor and sample authentic Cantonese cuisine and dim sum at Ee Chinese Cuisine.
Guests can also enjoy cigars and wine on the second floor’s The Cigar Divan or visit the lobby lounge on the first floor for live band music in a relaxing setting.
Prior reservation must be made one day before departure at the Hotel Concierge Counter.

Stayed 1 week then went to Bali then returned for 1 night. Help from Consierge to book in on line. Transport man very obliging ensured we had correct vehicle for airport return, Cleaning staff smiling & friendly. Not charged for 2 nights booked but not required. Provisions provided good choice and quality. Chinese restaurant very quiet & no atmosphere, although staff very / too?) attentive. Only 1 towel per person extra one for ladies hair would have been useful. |

It is confusing of the room rate because my package (RM 249) including 2 breakfast (buffet) when I ordered online through booking.com. However, they charged me the buffet breakfast when I checked out. But finally after my complaint, they agree to waive the charges for the breakfast. |

Budget, and easy to get to shopping mall, quiet place. Receiption officer , poor services cause they never say sorry about the delay for check in, we and other guest have to waiting around 2 hours for check in , as they told us our room not ready yet. poor services of their counter , no polite at all. |

It was near to 1 Utama/IKEA/The Curve shopping mall and service was polite and reasonably friendly. The free shuttle does not run during the evening. It caters more for customers on business and not for travellers on holiday which is a big improvement area the hotel should look into. The room carpet needs to be changed very soon as it's worn out. |

I liked everything that I experiened there This is only a remark, and nogt a complaint. The Hotel receptionist did not know that the nett is the amount before the plus plus and that the gross is the amount after the plus plus. He kept on insisting that the lower figure is the gross and the higher figure is the nett> He refused to agree to my explanation. He is a small sized slim young man. |

Generally inobtrusive staff. Well-maintained and reasonably comfortable Wireless internet connection is useless. It's free, but I'd rather pay for a decent connection and not waste so much of my time. Room service food (I ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu even though they insisted they would be sending Chicken Gordon Blue) was barely edible. |

The rooms are clean. We like this hotel because it is not crowded like the ones near shopping centres. No noisy holidaymakers too. Perfect for business stay. We were greeted warmly by staff. rather inconvenient if you do not drive because the nearest shopping centres are about 10km away. |

Room was big & cozy, had all the amenities. Very convenient location & transport system. I was surprised that their staff had send a birthday cake to my room and greeted me happy birthday. Very heart warming & sweet gesture, will definitely be going back again. |

The hotel is reasonably well run and it's location is convenient for both KL and Petaling Jaya The (albeit free) internet service is very erratic and not at all suitable for anyone travelling on business. Further, in spite of some 20-30 attempts I was never able to make contact with room service. Permanently engaged. |
