- Away from the hussel and bussle of the city.. - Quite with nature surrounding.

the location is away from the busy city, country side view and the price is excellent.

Service could be improve.

The counter staff were friendly and helpful. Generally they were excellence. The beds for the long house were ok unlike the superior one will soft and need to be changed.

The room service were poor, we waiting more than half an hour to get our towels after persistance reminders and they only delivered 4 towels for six of us!!! The room will dusty and carpet will dirty, may Need a shampoo.

Guest friendly facilities, nicely spread out, the distance between the various lodging and main building makes it feel exclusive.

The engineering department and housekeeping department must work more closely together. Door handles, taps, faucets, lights and doors need proper attention. Look at Room e601. Make sure they're fixed before guests check in.

I am really disappointed with Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club. The services provided to us are really poor. We had been provided a room that is having the problem of aircond and therefore we request to change a new room. However, we had been refused while we intended to check out where the staff gave the reason that there is people still stay in the first room that provided to us. The fact is we had changed and move to a new room, so there is impossible got people in the first room. The staff let us waited until after 1pm and we had been requested and enforced to pay time over price for the room which is totally unfair to us. All the poor treatment make us think the Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club is a low standard place to stay.

The staff is so helpful & friendly, the location, cleanliness & size of our chalet is excellent.

Upon booking it was stated that wifi should be available in every room, however it was only provided at the lobby area.

Environment was good, restaurant was excellent, staff were helpful.

Long house rooms smelt musky/mouldy, bedding was average.

Layanan frontliner sambil lewa. Apabila ditanya, jawapan yg diberikan tidak memuaskan hati. Tempat kami menginap tidak terlalu jauh, tetapi oleh kerana penerangan tidak jelas, skami telah berpusing beberapa kali utk mencari bilik tersebut. Pihak eastwood sepatutnya tidak perlu memberi sekeping kertas utk tunjuk arah tetapi perlu menyediakan papan tanda arah di setiap kawasan penginapan. Itu lebih baik.

It is far from the city and it is very quite and good for relaxing

When i first arrived at the hotel ,i have booked through online for a longhouse which consists of 4 beds and it is enough for my family to stay in, but when we went inside the room, it doesnt make us happy because of the dust and the toilets were not clean, so i decided to go to the reception and i to change my room. So i told to the receptions regarding the rooms cleanliness,and she gave us to deluxe room,which this rooms is very nice and cozy and clean. At last we satisfied with the room at deluxe and the receptions were very polite and helpfull.

Generally ok..room was big with two double beds.

Rooms were dated and location was poor . Staff were lacking customer service skills and were eager to encourage us to leave the restaurant at 9.30 even though it stated that it closed at 10pm. I would not return here by choice.

golf course are good,wish u can offer more good price esp during weekend or public holiday for the guest.
