Firstly, rooms were smelly. Leak noted in every rooms ceiling. Aircond smells. Towels stained and dirty. How could u do that to ur guests.?! Bathroom amenities useless. Very very cheap stuff. Its like u didnt provide anything. Its a serviced residence, you should provide cutleries, plates for guests!! Very very dissapointed!

The cleanliness and the comfort.

The staff and the services. Imagine I have to wait for almost one hour to check out and worst still there is no staff at the reception desk to answer to all the guest needs. Would recommend that at least one staff to manned the front desk in case of emergencies.With regards to the staff would prefer and suggest that the management hire more locals and not all foreigners as this will lead to communications breakdown as this foreigners has little knowledge of English and local dialects.It is such a pity for a great place like this that lacks the good human personnel. Staying here will require a transport and preferably must have own vehicle.

The place is new & the fittings are in good conditions.

They did not clean the room on a daily basis. I stayed for two nights and no cleaning after the 1st night was done. There was no Free Breakfast during the Public Holidays during the time I was staying there.

None of the facilities - (sauna, gym) is working. People with full clothes on (jeans, long sleeves t-shirts etc) were in the pool. The pool looks more like a washing machine. Renovation everywhere. The worst is above our unit (b1-24). The annoying sound of drilling, hammering and all sorts of sound. My young child was crying so much because of all this nuisance. We went there to relax but end up stress than ever. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely nothing.

We didnt like the fact that the apartment did not meet the advertised expectations of being a serviced apartment with a high price tag. It was dirty. It was not serviced. It was devoid of basic services. It was a major disappointment and I am disgusted at the price tag. We cancelled our booking after one night.

Je kunt er een ontbijt regelen, maar dat stelt niets voor; koude bruine bonen, worstjes en iets wat weg had van een roerei...Zeker niet smakelijk, niets te drinken erbij. Alleen koffie of thee, zelf te maken.

The room design and environment is good and very comfortable. The pool is very beautiful and inviting just that we did not have time to enjoy it. Location of the apartment is very close to the Telok Cempedak Beach where one can enjoy the beautiful sea.

Lack of attention to details on cleanliness where when we first check in the room, although have been kept clean but the floor is a bit dusty and the aircon was not functioning in one of the rooms. We had to move out to another room in the middle of the night. This should have been avoided if proper attention given to the upkeep of the facilities in the room. The food for breakfast was also very simple (too simple infact). They could have provided a little bit extra to make it more interesting. A little extra mile would have made our stay more enjoyable.

1. Location was good, near main road Jalan Beserah. Situated next to Police Quarters was excellent (for better security?) 2. Staff were polite and helpful esp Miss Phyllis Tan. 3.Rooms were fairly were apportioned and of good size. 4. Bathrooms were neat & clean. 5. kitchen had cutlery, plates & mugs.

1. Beds! Worst beds I've ever slept on. Could feel the springs through the mattress. 2. Place was fairly dusty. They should provide broom & dustpan for guest use. 3. No cooking or warming up facility in kitchen; no microwave, no electric hot plate. No facility to warm up food bought from outside.4. Fridge was dirty with old food stains & I did not feel like putting any foodstuff in it.5. Be warned that if they have a large group for convention/seminar, they will not provide breakfast (but to be fair, they will deduct breakfast charges from room rate).

The space in the apartment

The cleanliness, the staff (unfriendly) and the breakfast (old bread with green spots!). It is a condo, not an hotel accomodation!

Well maintained apartment. Very compact and modern and kitchen was nice. We had the view of the neighbourhood and mountains, very charming.

A kitchen with stove, pans, laddle but without plates. The area near the lift to the car park were not well lit and not maintained well. Breakfast was too simple.

Things were not coordinated with the check-in system and backend office. We were charged for 2 nights, but the receipt shows one.... not sure where the rest of the money ended up at...
