The spacious room

No wifi. Staff was awkward. I asked to go to the airport and one of the employees at empress drove and we got to the wrong airport and they asked me if I paid for this fare yet.. When they didn't tell me at the start it wasn't complimentary.

Fine staff handling incoming urgent medicine shipment, and always most cordial. Efficient coordination of shuttles to Formula 1 event 1/2 hour away

Buffet breakfast and dinner, while often lukewarm at best. This made eating less than enjoyable. Pickup up at airport very poor, took almost 2 hour for 30 min trip, not as indicated in earlier emails

Good quality buffet breakfast and reasonable proximity to KLIA & LCCT.

Tranpsort costs high between hotel and LCCT and/or KLIA. Difficult to travel into the city as there are no taxis at nearest railway station for return to hotel. I experienced a long delay in waiting for the hotel's car pickup.

Very comfortable and hospitable. Decent small lobby. Very good food at the restaurant.

No fresh air in rooms. Sealed windows without the option of opening/closing. No temperature controller or regulator for airconditioning. Ok house keeping. Very poor lighting controls in room.

Located about 10 km from klia. The hotel is big, largely serves airline personnel and people who are arriving, transitting and leaving klia. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Staff were busy and reception was functional but there was little personal interest. Request for airport transfer was not made as requested-- an oversight undoubtedly. Wi-fi in room was poor -- needed to sit in the hall in order to connect.

I paid 32 ringgit for the taxi from the airport to the hotel. The next morning when I asked for a taxi back to the airport, the hotel wanted to charge me 60 ringgit. When I asked about the shuttle bus in front of the hotel I was told it was not going to the airport. I subsequently found out it did. Clearly the hotel was extorting money for the taxi ride to the airport. I went to the main road 3 minutes away by foot and got a taxi for 30 ringgit. If you want to go to a hotel and feel like you are being ripped off, this is a good choice.

A reasonable distance from klia

1. Very expensive taxi service from the hotel. Rm60 to klia is ridiculous! They have shuttle to lcct but not to klia. Why not? 2. Room was low quality. No AC control. One ceiling light wouldn't turn off. Loud noises from next rooms. 3. Low quality restaurant. Ordered room service. Low food quality. Could eat only about half of it. 4. All of that for over RM300 is very poor value for cost. 5. Never stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. All my needs were met promptly and accurately. I experienced no trouble checking in. Overall, an excellent stay!

Situated far away from any shopping centres or town. Basically its in a village.

Receptionist performance is excellence. Very fast response upon my request for baby cot. Very comfort mattress. Very clean bathroom. Nice food at the coffee house.

I found out that tea cup & saucer is not clean (dusty). Carpet seems to be outworn & should by now ready to be replaced.

The room deco & arrangement and also the breakfast.

The room is a bit hot. There is no air-cond remote to adjust the temperature.

We booked a family room and the hotel only gives 2 towels, and when we ask for extra towels the staffs ask us to return the 2... Management's problem

This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.

Late for room service .......n far from main city ....swimming pool should close at 10 pm ..but this hotel close 7 pm .......thats to fast .....

This is the lowest cost family hotel option for transit at kl-lct no- frills, good for transit hotel only airport shuttle service works well (cheaper than taxi if at least 3 persons) they packed breakfast for us for early departure which was nice :) on return trip, "upgraded" us although not much difference in the room small swimming pool was clean and good for splashing around with son shops and local restaurants nearby breakfast buffet extensive enough but just ok lah

Sheets not a white as they should be, some off-putting stains about 30 minutes from kl-lct small, old TVs a bit expensive for what you get (rather old rooms, hotel seems a bit lost in time, although serviceably maintained)
