Very itch, i rent 2 room also same. Cant rest well for whole night.

Reasonable price.

Noisy. Even next door turn on the paip, shower also can hear.

The room was comfortable.

There was a stain on the bed sheet in the room number EQ225 so i hope your staffs can do something about it. The scenery also not so good because our room is facing the cemetery. And there was no big mirror for us.

There was window in room. Good location, clean.

Wifi only in lobby,all rooms are acustic, old tv, beds were not good. This hotel is just okey for few days.

alot of "mat rempit" stay in hotel make in noisy and fighter at night ...give tourist stay at hotel bad reputation to tourist, shame to malaysia people......please mat rempit stay a way...

Room floor not clean. No kettle provided that is very not convenience, especially when with young children.

the soundproofing not so good,can hear whatever noise outside and disturb our relaxation mood.

from outside, it looks like a cheap budget hotel, but all has been renovated and rooms are very clean and modern. Its in a quiet side street. A very good value for money choice for those who do not want to spend so much money for a holiday resort

The walls are a bit thin, one may hear the neighbour in other room

What i like about the hotel is the cleanliness of the room, that was great.

Some facilities such like hair dryer and water boiler should have provided in the hotel room.

Hotel is far from the gardens and every thing else and his staff not all good.. Really I didn't like Penang at all from the hotel to its places it is crowded city and don't have attraction places الفندق بعيد عن القطار الجبلي وهضبه بيننانج والطاقم غير لطيف كله وايضا المدينه كلها زحمه وممله لنكاوى افضل بكثير

The staffs were great, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. The room is new and still comfy. Near to hotspots and your basic needs can be found around the hotel

Quite noisy especially if you stays at the first floor. May need a signage from the main road to make it easier to spot.

Small beach side hotel. Clean n comfortable ,hi speed wi fi with basic amenities.

Nothing really. I made a mistake booking this hotel for my trip. Its more of a hitchhikers hotel than a family destination. Nothing against them but I would really recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family. The rooms are clean and ok, every things ok. I would personally not prefer this.

Everything. It was just not what I wanted. Maybe its an excellent budget hotel but not what I would like. We stayed one night and checked out the very next morning to another hotel.

Het is een goed hotel met niet veel bezienswaardigheden wat betreft voor een 2 sterren hotel voldoende is. De ligging erom heen is niet echt toeristisch aangetrokken. Eventueel ligt het strand centraal. Om het centrum te kunnen bereiken, per taxi of bus.

De kamers waren niet ruim.

It is a fairly basic hotel. The room is sufficiently large. Rooms are clean.

It smells musty in the room. Not very comfortable. No wifi in the room. The hotel is close to a mosque. At 06:00 in the morning, all Muslims to the mosque are called. This happens at a very loud manner, causing the entire hotel to be awake. I do not understand why a TV is connected, there are hardly any (international) stations and the stations that do disturb each.

Quite cheap budget hotel that was much cleaner and nicer than expected. I was not disturbed by the call to prayer in the morning because our room had the window facing south and to towards the beach where the minaret is. Plenty of small eateries/mamaks in the neighborhood.

Only the "lobby" had wifi (free).

- Agree with the others' comments that the rooms are clean and tidy. It can serve the basic needs to stay for sleeping and bathing. - The air-conditioning is very good and there is a ceiling fan too.

Considering the price, the hotel is really good value for money. However, for travellers who will be waken up by sound easily, the eq Ferringhi may not be suitable 'cos the sound-proof of room is very poor: - It happened to have some young travellers staying at nearby rooms. They played around loudly in the middle of night; waking me up a few times. - I could hear the noise of opening tap and showering in the next room clearly. - The ringing of bell and the broadcast of praying from the mosque at the opposite road in the early morning (6:xxam) could be heard clearly in the room. - Quite a lot of birds flying around the area in the morning, their chirping is very loud as well

The pressure of the water is strong and the water outlet is well maintained. The sinks and bathroom can be considered good. But the Towel is considered 1 star quality. For rm135/= per night, it should be better.

As mentioned, rm135 per night is not real value for money because the rooms are too small, tv has not many cable channels and only one channel works sharply. The rest has a fuzzy pictures that will not make you enjoy watching. The beds at room 212 caved in and is perfect for couples who wishes to sleep bonded together but you will spend RM500 to a chiropractor. I asked to change to room 210 and the beds are flat but the matress is hard that would be seen on a RM80 room or below. The aircon works well in Room 212 but was warm and not working well in 210. Overall, I would not complaint on RM135/= if I have better value for money, but the conditions I went through, I will pay for RM 80/= as I can get better hotel with facilities for RM150/= to RM180/= per night. I would rather pay for this to get better than to go through. In summary, I actually wanted to leave on the 1st impression and ask for money back, but I chose to just live with it.
