Need to up keep the furnitures and walls, as the hotel is not new any more. Will be more attractive if there is better flowers and plant around the hotel |

Nothing to shout about on the hotel. We were lucky to be allocated a room at high floor where we can enjoy the scenery (hillside) & enjoy the fresh air. The location is pretty strategic, is close to the market, butterfly & strawberry farm. I guess we love the weather more than the hotel. This is my 2nd time staying at EQ & I was shocked to find out this time that if guest wish to replenish tea/coffee in the room you need to pay for it. Normally is FOC. And there is no play room for kids. There is not much variety in the buffet breakfast. |

Actually I prefer quiet place, location of the hotel is slightly far from the town and giving fresh air due to natural surrounding place. |

I like the location which is high at the top and near to the farm market. The hotel need to do the painting work for external wall immediately. |

The scenic view, fresh air and cleanliness. Compared to some years back, the ambiance is much better now and my stay was rather pleasant. Perhaps add on music facilities would be good. Food should be readily available at reasonable price especially during festive seasons as the traffic jam going down to Brinchang town for food was horrible - we had to turn back to the hotel 3 times because traffic wasn't moving and my child had stomach ache due to empty stomach. The spicy buffet spread was unsuitable for our child. We managed to get food only at about 9.30 pm. |

The fresh air, the serene surroundings and the clean hotel. The staff were ger\nerally very helpful and courteous. There was one incident in which the staff were trying to be very helpful and ended up being disruptive and rude (not intentionally). We had a drink at the Cricket lounge and I found a pair of spectacles down the side of the couch. I left them on a side table but forgot to tell the bartender about them. They were not mine. However, about 11.00 pm (almost 1 hour after we had gone to bed!) I got a call in Bahasa Malaysia. I can speak pasar Malay but I was so tired, I didn't recoginise what was being asked (Were the spectacles mine?). When I said "Wrong number" as I thought it was a room-to-room call, I could hear voices in the background saying, "Cakap Mat Salleh, lah. Namanya macam Mat Salleh." Bahasa ingerris would have been much more polite |

The room was large. The staff were polite and helpful. Lovely location. Very family friendly. The communal areas were very dull and not particularly clean. There were no outdoor areas to relax. A huge and quite unattractive complex. |

Hill top location is very scenic and cooling. However the night that we stay over was quite warm. An additional ceiling fan in each room will be good for standby purpose. Tv program is limited. A dvd player should be added since it is very affordable. I wonder if you have a resident doctor or doctor on call during emergency. Due to altitude problem (lower pressure) some elderly guests would require additional oxygen to breath. My wife had this problem. She was panting all night sitting by the window to catch more air. |

The cool weather. Hotel is old and run down, no hand towels provided in superior room, charge for additional bath towel and extra coffee, tea, creamer sachets, very small and unheated swimming pool, staff unprofessional and service "without" a smile. |

Nothing to really endorse this hotel the staff are friendly but the resort is sub standard This is a tired and neglected hotel, the gym facilities are apalling, breakfast buffet is awful with cold food and poor selection, it is also expensive. Cameron Highlands is OK but little to do there and local attractions such as butterfly farm are run down and shabby. |

Great view from the Hotel rooms. Very accessible to local produces at local 'Pasar Malam' just outside the Hotal. Comfortable and Spacious Room. Guest should be notified about the direction of the view their room is facing, so that guest have their choice. |
