Nothing to really endorse this hotel the staff are friendly but the resort is sub standard This is a tired and neglected hotel, the gym facilities are apalling, breakfast buffet is awful with cold food and poor selection, it is also expensive. Cameron Highlands is OK but little to do there and local attractions such as butterfly farm are run down and shabby. |

Great view from the Hotel rooms. Very accessible to local produces at local 'Pasar Malam' just outside the Hotal. Comfortable and Spacious Room. Guest should be notified about the direction of the view their room is facing, so that guest have their choice. |

Kindness and flexibility of the staff: above the average for Malaysia. Good customer oriented. Poor facilities, like swimming pool (too small and cold); additional towel chargeable. No spa (massage) or fitness room. |

The location up high the mountains, the wheather. Nice Chineese Resturant with isloated c losed VIP tables suitable for muslim vieled women and family privacy. Old hotel, bad maintenance, old furniture, Bad Toilet, some insects, Internet not available in all rooms, no Arabic TV Channels, they charge for tea and sugar, Mini Bar is empty. No shopping around. |

Cool fresh air, lust green and quite enviroments, I especially like the gardens that exudes the class that befits a high-end hotel. The hotel's location commands a fine panoramic views to its surroundings. I must also mention the excellent service rendered at the Chinese Restaurant by the staffs during our stay. |

Ce n'était notre premier choix mais autres hotels plus à taille humaine pleins en haute saison. Mais malgré un côté usine a touriste asiatique, qualité de service + restauration (chinois) excellent. Facilités de parking gratuit (besoin véhicule car loin lieux visite hors marché local sympa sur la route). |

Très bien situé car juste à côté de tout ce qu'il faut voir aux Cameron Highlands... le restaurant est parfait, surtout le milkshake fraise ! Besoin de prendre le taxi (un peu cher) à chaque fois pour Tanah Rata... connexion internet un peu cher |
