Poor experience checking-in when electronic room key did not work and it took 5 requests, 5 people, and over 1 hour, to sort out the problem. |

Great location!! Expensive internet - dont like to pay. You need a system so its possible to exstend the stay at the same rate without a new internet booking. Why make life difficult!!! |

Location is one plus point - you can walk to all the entertainment centres along Jln Bukit Bintang, or to KLCC areas, or along Jln P Ramlee - especially when the taxis refused to give you a lift because the distance is too short for them, or when there is a jam. Unfortunately I had a very short stay - checked in about 1.30 am and checked out at 9am the following day - so not fair to comment on other things. Breakfast was good. Should extend the SPA hours, especially for late check in guests who may want to unwind - 1000am to 1000pm is too short. |

Nice location. Near to lrt station & shopping malls. Japanese & Chinese Restaurant in the hotel must try. Sound proof is not up to expectation. Water temperature control not consistant. You can get sudden change of water temperature. |

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - close to klcc, Pavilion and other shopping areas. Window view of the twin towers was fanastic at night. The reception and lobby areas could be brighten up with some renovation. |

Room service was very good. Once you ordered something, in minutes same will be delivered. Staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. So the total experience was very good. The carpets in the room has an old look. Suggest to change it. |

The location is great - only ten minutes' walk from the Petronas Towers - and the value for money is excellent The hotel looks drab and uninviting from the outside and is a little dark and gloomy on the inside. Could definitely benefit from a re-furb but the price is so cheap you really can't complain about anything here! |

Great location, walking distance to many city attractions. Breakfast is expansive but excellent. Room is clean and confortable. It was very noisy due to building constructions next door. |
