Hotel Equatorial Melaka  

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja erinomainen Equator Club -kerros palveluineen. Samoin myös Equator Club Executive -huone, joka on tilava (mm. 2 parveketta) ja toimiva. Hinta-laatusuhde yksi parhaita, joita olen koskaan kohdannut.

Hotel Equatorial Melaka is the best hotel to stay. With their good service and attitude. Recently we went over for Christmas for holiday. My daughter left a remote control in the hotel, the Management arranged to deliver back to Singapore for us. Throughout my travel experience, I did not expect them to do to this extent. I truly recommend Traveller who are going to Melaka, please stay in Hotel Equitorial Melaka as they look after you and your family very well. No worries at all. good location with walking distance to shopping malls and driving distance to jonker street Premier room - pretty comfortable but provided you got the bigger room space

We booked 2 premier rooms. I was surprise that the room size was different given the same price we paid for both rooms. While requested for king size bed during our booking, we were still given 2 single beds upon check-in. Worst, we were given 2 rooms located at diffferent floor which was really inconvenient for familyi and frieds. I wonder if this was due to bookings made in booking.com was not being prioritized by the hotel. There is no lift from parking to lobby - ie. this was inconvenient for old folks or family with luggage.

Location is good, hotel to me is five star.. And staff really nice.. I will definitely come back.M

Aircondition was bad - I got very sik.

I booked the equator club room for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Room was extremely spacious with two balconies. Access to the Executive Lounge was lovely and staff was extremely friendly. Slightly pricey for Malacca, but you do get all the trappings of a luxury holiday

The rooms are newly furnished and spacious. It is clean too.

Excellent location. Close proximity to eateries & shopping outlet.

Bench-mark against similar hotels of the same standard, It is priced above what it is worth.

Convenient location for Coach drop-off and pick-up,

Buffet breakfast selection was not varied enough.

Very relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff, great food and fantastic location; a walk away from all the important historical as well as shopping places.

The massage service was not available over the weekend; what a waste as it is a reputable hotel so we would have expected all services to be operational.
