The location of the hotel is excellent.It stands right in the heart of the city.Very close to the historical sites and also gigantic shopping malls.Food is easy to find.Recommended as an excellent choice for a hotel stay in melaka. |

The staff was really helpful. The hotel was full and there was no more extra bed. They recommended the newly refurbished Premier Room where there was a day bed. I wish there could be a lift from the carpark to the lobby. It would be really helpful. |

Excellent location, very close to the city historic centre. Nice entrance hall. We were disappointed with the hotel facilities: there were works on the street and the room became very noisy. We finally had to change room. The restaurant where breakfast is served is not that good, neither for the buffet breakfast, nor as a restaurant. |

Good for family vacation, beautiful swimming pool. Nice location for shopping, side seeing, food etc. Too many sharp edges at the swimming pool. Car park too small. will be better if lower the rates. |

The pool was great for my kids and the fact that the shopping and historic areas are nearby was good. We didn't have to drive much. We had problems with the bathroom, the drainage for the bathtub was working poorly, the flush system wasn't working that well, we had to manually pour water to flush. |

I have frequently stayed at Hotel Equatorial Melaka during most of my visits to Melaka and never feel bored with the ambience and comfort of staying in the hotel, not to mention the great shopping and cultural activities all within walking distances ! |

The Room doesn't giv me a "wow" feeling. One very bad thing about the hotel was the list. We waited like more then 15 mins for the lift on our floor to go down to the lobby, The lift just by pass us. We've to catch the lift that is going up before we can go down. |

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to a few places that we are planning to go... 1) We indicated that we will check in at 1pm. But when we reach at 2plus, the rooms were not ready. We went for lunch and came back around 4pm, one of the room (we booked 2 rooms in total) were still not ready... 2) The carpark.. very bad management. The lots were full and we were asked to park at the back of the hotel.. where we cant find any lots as well... 3) Bed bugs.. |
