Room with seaview Center of Georgetown is to far away. You need a Taxi go get to center of Georgetown, which are very expensive on Penang. |

The sunset is great if you stay at the seaview room. Though the glass is not super clean and you may not have the chance to have a nice one, it's still worth a try. The staff is okay. Quite far from everywhere. You need a taxi all the time, which you have to bargain w/ the taxi drivers |

I thought the breakfast did not warrant the price. And beware if you lock yourself out (via connecting rooms) it will cost you to fix. The description says it is 5 minutes walk from town - it is not - it is a £2 pound taxi ride. Also Penang beach is not for swimming too dirty. |

The convinient stay at the hotel is the location is near the Gurney Drive and easy access to all the hawker cantre for the local food The air-conditional in the buiding is not cool enough, especiallly in the room I stay. |

near to the sea, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff Welcome fruits not served. We had to call for the fruits. Malaysia has a wide variety of local fruits eg: bananas, pineapple, papaya etc. I'm sure serving such local fruits will be greatly welcomed by overseas visitors. To ensure freshness of fruits, the hotel can leave messages for guests to call house keeping whenever they're ready to be served with fruits (especially cut fruits). |
