Trato correcto. Entorno agradable. Sitiuación buena.

No se entiende que, en un hotel de esta categoría, por usar internet durante 15 minutos en la sala habilitada al efecto, te cobren la ridícula cantidad de 1,5 euros.

Staff friendly, location convenient

We had a very relaxing stay and was upgraded to deluxe seaview room. Very kind staff and they were very helpful.

The staff are very friendly and try to accommodate any item you need help with

The room is well-equipped.

Don't like the pillow and it's a bit hard to slp well. The indoor carpark not spacious enough and quite inconvenient for those who taking mpv.

Very slow elevator n very poor selection of tv channels.

The room is clean, the room service is good, the location is fabulous, is just next to seaside and lots of food stalls....

The customer service personnel, named May, she scold her own colleague using Fuck word in front of me and another guest during my first day out of three, checking in that time, what a poor image she represent the hotel. She is no kidding, she scold that colleague behind her and in front of a male colleague, seem like a senior to her, the senior say to her, 'Be professional', anyway the image is there, no longer useful to ask her to be professional. What a shock I have, a five-star with staff of this kind....

The parking facility was very poor..hotel guest unable to find any lots..

The location and easy access..

However, the staff at the tour desk need to pay more attention to the guests. We were at the concierge desk waiting for attention to borrow a couple of umbrellas to go out (rainy night), the tour desk is just right next to the concierge, she saw that we were standing there waiting for a few minutes, but was to busy texting on her phone, until we call for her attention. Another incident was the night assistant manager on our day of departure December 23rd. We reminded the check out staff that Farrah order our breakfasts, and the asst. Manager brought us the bags of breakfast 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, she was too busy to look at us and say "you're welcome" when we give thanks to her. She just simply walked away. Later, we ask her a few simple questions, but her replied can be better. Anyway, no hotel is perfect. We would not allow a few staffs to ruin our planned and costly trip. Plus, most of the staffs in the hotel are great, Overall, we will return again.

I like the breakfast & the bed is comfort.

Reception attitude was very poor. Never read the request as stated in the internet booking. The assistant manager needs to polish his manners.

I like the location, friendly staff & most of all, the comfortable rooms!

I would think the pillows need a change for more comfortable ones!
