it is close to gurney drive which is quite a happening place. the rooms are clean and the buffet breakfast is quite good.

I had to pay rm5 to park at the front. i think it should be on a first come first serve basis.

good value 4 star hotel with free internet

the location is excellent which is near to one of the penang's landmark (gurney drive); the view of sea just right in front of this hotel which make us feel so comfortable and like the seaview so much.

no free shuttle bus yet the website still saying is provided. would be greatful if shuttle bus is provided. The person who taking care of the car park corner was quite rude. Would be perfect if some training or knowledge of customer service training provide to him.

I thought the rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent and even my relative with gluten intolerance found plenty to eat. I like the location - on Gurney drive - with lots of local food places to eat at, and it is barely 5-10 minutes to the historical downtown of Georgetown.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Good spa facilities. Great breakfast range and nice view of the sea. Overall an enjoyable stay

Room comfort ok and good value for money except for internet connectivity. Breakfast buffet acceptable and standard of service in line with the exspectation - dated and in need of uplifting in line with other facilitise and services.

The advertised internet connection in the room is not functioning and the forced of the laptop in the wireless zone reception area most inconvenient and annoying as no quiet zone. The entertainment in the lounge is very poor and hence no wonder that guests do not utilize this outlet as the standard is very poor.Location of the hotel totally unsuitable for single travelers.

The room was surprisingly a good size, well kept and clean. Great location for a lot of walking.

The Receptionist was appalling and we thought we would not like to stay as they were unhelpful and unwilling to help us with our query.

friends staying at nearby g hotel could extend checkout to 5pm without extra charge. Evergreen charged me half the one-day rate

Just a small thing that when i requested for a copy of Quran to read, although a copy of Bible was lying in the drawer. I feel that majority of the customers are muslims and the as i know more than 65% of the locals are muslims, the hotel should have been generous enough to keep a copy if not in the hotel room, alteast in the reception.I being an indian did not find the locality around to have any indian restaurant in the walking distance. Batu Firenge is a better locality for indians also because the local market is in BF.

I find it affordable and it is cosy.

Hotel is nice. Good service. Clean. Needs to have wireless in every room, broadband Is available though. Just good with the current rate.
