部屋はとても清潔で充分な広さがあり満足しました。バスタブもあり，リラックスすることができました。 禁煙ルームを希望していたのに，喫煙ルームに案内されました。苦情を入れるとすぐに部屋を変えてくれました- が，きちんと予約内容が伝わっていないようです。またスタッフの態度があまり良くなく"Passport!"や"Sign!"など，"please"もつけない言葉遣いに驚きました。チェックアウトの際も"Thank you"の一言もなかったです。 |

ホテルの諸施設やサービス案内をまとめて説明したものがなかった。マッサージやエステの案内や周辺の観光案- 内など簡単にまとめた冊子があればと思いました。どこかに掲示してあったかも知れませんでしたが・・・。 朝食のバイキングの品がやや不足。日本食が不十分であるのと、ハムソーセージ類が不足。 |

Warm and caring hospitality. The receptionist was kind to allow us an early check-in. The concierge, a Mr. Malek who brought us and our luggage to our room, a single queen bed. When we requested that we had booked for two single beds, he was kind and caring to assist us to check into another room with two single beds. Thank your for this unforgettable hospitality. |

Nearby food court but sea side a bit dirty, less waves and hot. House keeping not clean enough. No breakfast compliment. |

Breakfast & dinner at the Chinese restaurant were excellent.Excellent value for money. Service was good except that the extra bed I requested was not promptly deliver to us. |

Room are very comfortable, breakfast are great and the hotel facilities are great too. Guest hotel are provided with welcome drink and fruit basket in the room. I ask for the taxi to the airport but the bellboy call the car belong to the hotel and it's cost me rm50.00, Before I enter the car he told me the cost is rm45.00. I think the taxi much cheaper than this car. |

Generally Staff friendly, Buffet Breakfast, Room view and comfort, Umbrella when rained, close to shopping and Georgetown central, very good place to stay. Reception staff could smile when fisrt check in. After that no problems. |

It was a pleasant stay, the food, the beds, the room were all to my liking and were comfortable. It was a nice hotel to be in. Overall, I thought it was a pleasant hotel except that the limosine service was overpriced. It should not cost RM75 to get from Hard Rock Cafe to Queensbay Mall. That's absurd! |

Nice n friendy staffs. Close to eateries located next to hotel. 20 mins walk to Garney Plaza.. Hotel Taxi to Airport cost Rm45 which is quite costly compared to city hotel taxi rate about Rm30 - 35 only. Bathtub to be cleaner please. |

The staff are really helpful cos we were unable to get a cab from Dato Keramat and we called the hotel to send a cab there to pick us up and send us to Kek lok Si Temple....They gladly helped... they even extend the room for us to 1500hr cos our flight is at 1715pm... The rooms have complimentary bottled drinks and mentols sweets... the hotel is 15-20 stroll away from gurney hawker centre... One of the pillow covers was stained ... but the rests of the pillows are clean... |

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff was excellent when it came to nearby and outlying areas in regard to shopping, things to see and do. Special mention to breakfast staff, a well oiled team. Only one minor experience was that the Lobby Bar was closed for a private function, one Saturday night, so as there was no other bar in the hotel with entertainment, it left me with little to do. |
