The hotel is almost a five star hotel with 3 star prices. I was not expecting it to be that good. The staff was very courteous. I wanted to use the business facilities, like some printing and internet cafe and they charge me anything for that. The hotel is a bit far from the major attractions, but since I had my own car so no trouble. |

nothing, i feel regret to choose this hotel. I tough this 5 star hotel is really on good standard but it is out of my mind. the staff check in us to the room which already been ocupied by other guests. luckily the guest is not in the room at that moment. It is really shame for 5 star hotel to do this mistake, when we asked, the staff explain the forgot to enter the guest details in the system so they tough the room is empty. The louge also very very poor, the live band performance is really dissapointed, cant sing well |

When I did make the booking in this hotel, I did realize that this hotel is in the George town which make everything I need available. Unfortunately, this town is very crowded and traffic mostly all time. For holiday, it is better to have a stay out of the city for more comfort. On the other hand, I recommend this hotel for someone who is traveling for business. |
