Car Park is too narrow and limited for the jockey service at night.

We chose the hotel due to the pricing as it is at half the price as compared to G-hotel. As we were travelling with a two year old, we love the fact that there is a 'kids club' to keep my boy entertained. I would rather call it a kids room as it is very basic room with a few balls but well, it's better than none. The pool is of a good size too and the gym is fairly well equipped.

The front desk service is very slow. My personal opinion is that the hotel need to upgrade their system. It took us 45mins just to complete the counter checking-in and at 3.30pm, we still had to wait for anothr hour for our room to be available! That gave a bitter start to our stay here. I believe the delay is due to the fact that the house keeping is understaff. My room was only cleaned by 3pm the following day despite the fact tt we put up the sign by 10.30am. The location is not that great as it 15min walk to the Gurney Plaza mall. However, you can get good food at the Zealand Cafe next door. If you are not keen on walking, you can catch a cab ride at RM10 to the mall.

I like because it has kids pool so the kid can have the playing time there whether the toys not much.

1. Hopefully there will be shuttle bus from hotel to gurney plaza since by walking distance it is quite far. 2. There is no person standing or welcoming in front of the door that make us have to open the door by ourselves by hanging on the door, bring the luggage and pull the baby stroller. It is not comfort.

Location was strategic and within reach of where we want to go. The room was clean and hotel staff friendly and courteous. Keep it up. Will defintely stay in your hotel again in our next trip. Out of curiosity, do you give special discount for repeat satisfied customer ?

I've stayed at the hotel before and personally its more for convenience - getting to my destination was easy. Also, I enjoy open space, especially at the foyer. It make me feel comfortable.

The hotel should not charged its guest for parking at the entrance level - unless you provide valet services.

Worth the money. Good location , comfortable and nice buffet. Thank you for making my holiday in penang worthwhile.

1) Poor staff services-front office and lobby 2) Room's cleanliness-furnitures need improvements 3) Impose additional charges without confirming with the guest, only informed later by the credit card company 4) Did not make effort to fulfill request make by guest

Great ocean view ! Spacious and very clean room ! Great location on Guerney Drive !

Gym equipment is out of date. Sauna did not work properly. You have to switch it on yourself wait till warms up for 15 minut and actually it did not. You can not enter jacuzzi wearing long swimming shorts.. Kind of odd ...

The room is clean, the room service is good, the location is fabulous, is just next to seaside and lots of food stalls....

The customer service personnel, named May, she scold her own colleague using Fuck word in front of me and another guest during my first day out of three, checking in that time, what a poor image she represent the hotel. She is no kidding, she scold that colleague behind her and in front of a male colleague, seem like a senior to her, the senior say to her, 'Be professional', anyway the image is there, no longer useful to ask her to be professional. What a shock I have, a five-star with staff of this kind....
