Nice, warm and confortable environment. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. Staff were also very helpful.

but my room the bath tub got the problem

The front line staff were hospitable and pleasant, but the F & B outlets did not open till midnite, which is quite a let down.

It is situated near the local Malay village which appeal to me very much. The drive to town and the highway was very smooth and convenient.

The free sitting during buffet breakfast was not very pleasing. The staff do not sit the guests to the table and expect them to find a table themselves. There should be a proper queuing system on a first come first serve basis during the peak period.

It can facing the sea and feel the i was in out from the city area.

I am facing hotel staff room checking (within 3 to 5pm) and force to open my door, but luckly i got used bar lock.it happened two times.I feel unsafe if i don't lock the bar.

We liked the pool, room, and the TV channels.

The noise, it's expensive, and the food was a little cold. You're breakfast doesn't end till 10:30, so make sure you still serve the guests what they want when they still have time.

It’s on the beach and the room is spacey. Easy parking. Next to the Melaka Club.

The room we stayed was equipped with a small kitchen but we found so many ants there. We had an insect killer spray to clear them but after a couple of hours later we saw ants all over again. Later we’re terrified they are all over the bedside table tops and some on our bed. Regarding the bathroom, the plugs of the hand wash basin & bath couldn’t open. We lifted then with a knife to drain water.

Room is clean & cheap when i book the hotel.

I felt deceived as the write up claimed that the hotel was fairly new but i found it worn (phaps a lack of maintenance) and corridors dimly litted. Lack of useful signage. Should upkeep itself as it has the beach front and suffiicient activities to keep families happy.Please also invest in some signage in city centre. Had a hard time finding the place.

The hotel is laying on the beach just out to Malacca Straits.

The room was cooled so much down, that there was moisture every where. The walls, the pictures, all funiture and pillows was moistured. It was very bad, not a nice room to stay and sleep in.

The Everly hotel was unfortuately not a good hotel. We had 2 rooms booked and both rooms were very dirty, the bathroom had mould all over the shower and in one room the toilet ran continually. There was rubbish from the previous occupant left on the floor next to the bed and in the draw in the kitchenette. The Kitchenette and the bathroom had ants all over - even though we did not have any food or drink in the rooms. Room service did come to check the ants on request,and some fly spray used, but this did not fix the problem - staff did not seem to care that the room was infested and showed little interest in cleaning it. One of the rooms stank severely of smoke as well. The floor of the rooms appeared not to have been vaccummed - see next

either. There was mould even on the entrance doors! One of our rooms was not clean the next day either I had to contact at rececption 4pm to get the room cleaned - the receptionist showed little regard and did not even apologise. The hotel rooms were poorly maintained, with fitting broken or in ill repair as well. The hotel reports to be 4 to 41/2 stars - the poor maintenacne of the rooms, general dirtiness and lack of staff training and ability to do thier jobs nmakes this hotel probably a 2 or 21/2 star.,

Hotel ligt mooi aan het strand. Mooi zwembad. Grote hotelkamers. Personeel is behulpzaam.

Kwaliteit van het eten was absoluut niet goed. In het restaurant lag eten op de grond. Zag er niet smakelijk uit.
