Everly Resort Hotel Malacca

The staff is very nice and helpful. The platinum suites are very nice.

Any other room except the suites are very very dated. The hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Melaka centre.

What I like the most was the pool view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread was pretty decent.

Cleanliness is very poor in the hotel room, compare to the lobby area which I was amaze they can keep it clean. We checked out 2 rooms and both rooms are very dirty especially in the toilets. Furnitures can be refurbish as they are very old and had cigarettes burnt on them. I read some of the review but didn't realize how bad it was until we get there.

We appreciate the prompt service that your staff offered us, especially during the checking in. A change of rooms requested by us was able to attend by your efficient staff.

We would like to comment on the clealiness of the toilets in the rooms. It was not up to our expectatations as compare to other hotels we have stayed before in Malacca.

I liked the ample room size, comfortable living area, very useful pantry. The staff were responsive and polite especially the housekeeping staff. The room rates were reasonable and had a partial seaview.

No aircon temperature control in my room 413. Not given additional keycard when requested. Bathroom bathtub stop is spoilt and not repaired.Overall a bit worn.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The size of the swimming pool was impressive, surprisingly there was a playground which my daughter really enjoyed using. it was not too crowded. the food preparation was up to standards.

The furnitures were outdated, there should be more tv programmes to choose from.

This hotel is fabulous. But slightly expensive during peak periods but value for money.

The lift is too old and slow. Need to be upgraded.

The rooms were very spacious and reasonably well maintained. Carpets are quite new and facilities reasonable. There is ample parking. It is just about 8.7 km from city centre.

The family suite my family stayed had a faulty refrigerator and the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. However, housekeeping was very responsive and they came promptly to replace the refrigerator and vacuumed the carpet. Well done. The toilet bowl in my room wasn't working properly and should be repaired or replaced. The shower head is also faulty and need repair. The air-conditioning in my room was also very cold at night even after adjusting the thermostat to max 30.

For mind relax and children to enjoy school holiday....Thw internet service need to extended until bedroom....currently it's covered until hotel lobby only.....

The quality of food at the breakfast buffet was surprisingly decent. The room we booked was also larger than we expected, with a kitchenette and two double beds in one room. Hotel room toilet was fair. You get what you pay for staying at this hotel.

The furnitures are old should upgrade.
