Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi  

Hotelli taisi olla parhaalla paikalla tällä rannalla. Iso hotellikompleksi, iso uima-allas joka oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Lisäksi pääsi mukavasti rannalle. Kaikki toimi hyvin ja henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä. Omalta osaaltaan hotelli siivosi ranta-osuutensa. Muilla hotelleilla on vielä parannettavaa siivouksen osalta.

Ei ole moitittavaa, hyvä paikka!

There were coakroaches and lots of mosquitoes in the room (ground floor). Good that the staff changed our room immediately on demand. Expensive for the rooms they offer

The room was large. Comfortable. We were on ground floor which was good since there is no need to lug luggage to second floor.

No hair dryer in room or an iron. Need to request. And on ironing need to do at an open lobby.Iron is not expensive at all. Wonder why the hotel could provide one in each room. We decided to go crumpled. But we are on holidays. No problem there. But what if you are combining work and holidays. This would be a hassle.

Sharing a very large swimming pool with Holiday Villa Resort, and a nice beach too

No free wifi

The location staff and facilities were great. Pool looks better in real than in the pics.

We had a problem with the matrass in our bed. It was brown of age and smelled bad. Took 2 days and some a some arguing to get it changed. I think they just changed it with some other rooms matrass. So watch out for it

Upon reporting the misplacement of my safety depost key the staff assured me they had thoroughly searched the spa - after a worrying 36 hours I insisted on looking myself and found the key. The staff were very unapologetic about this and I would NOT be going there again.

We were given a free upgrade into The Holiday Villa (adjacent) & also had a seaview room. Room housekeeping staff were excellent. Bathroom very good. TV & AC both good.

Supposed to have a complimentary bottle of water daily but this was intermittent.

Location! Pool and beach fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It is on the most beautiful of beaches (private too). The staff are welcoming and try hard to accommodate any request. The rooms are a little tired, though in my opinion are excellent value for the price.

Only one negative - the air conditioning units are loud.

Good location with nice beach

Inconsistent rooms. The rooms 348 breeds mosquitoes. There were tens of mosqi in the rooms and it is very wet. Rooms 344 and 345 not good as well.

Private location and close to the beach. Pool available and also other facilities but most of them are chargeable.

The reason why I have choose this hotel because of I have business at nearby hotel, otherwise it would be my choice. The room is old and also the mattress. The bathroom is so basic and fairly clean with the faulty of toilet flush! Limited power supply in the room. When we arrive there is two function power supplies available but in the next day one of them failure to operate. We bring gadgets so is was really hard situation. There is no tea or coffee available in the room, if I not mistaken you need to ask if you want. The WiFi service is chargeable with unreasonable rate I think. I believe that in such kind of hotel and in this current time, WiFi should be free and you can protect with password just for registered guest.

the resort is nearby shops ,restaurants & very convenience in fact we love our stay there very much.

maybe u can do a little work on the bathroom & toilet which we stayed at your 2 rooms apartment,other than that i can say excellent

Serene.Quite. Near to the beach. Room quite spacious. Near and very happening shopping area.

Not enough parking (no proper parking space). The room is quite expensive. Limited meal vouchers.

The swimming pools are big & my kids really enjoy them. The beach is very beautiful. Staffs at counter are friendly.

I stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment. When I first checked in, there are no shower gels given, only conditioning shampoo. Called up housekeeping to enquire, was told the shower gel & shampoo were all-in-one bottle. However, on my 3rd day, they finally gave me the shower gels. The aircon are filthy and dripping water. The walls are wet wth water vapour, causing the floor under the aircons wet all the time. Complaint to the hotel and was told that the water will drip if the aircons are not on all the time. These cause my stay very uncomfortable. Apparently this is the situation wth most of the apartment units.

The location was fantastic. Loved the overall look and feel of the resort. The staff was always smiling and very professional.

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger and better. The breakfast could have been complimentary.

Location is good, very near to food ans super markets

room is poor, AC is not good and noisy, you can hear everything happening outside your room, you can't sleep with rain sound. staff is not proffesional and not trained at all, i take 2 hours to make check-in and another 1 hour for check-out
