Reception staffs are friendly,location is superb .easy access to many shopping plaza and good affordable food round each corner.

The toilet sanitary is in bad shape,need urgent repair.Room 926 toilet was flooded during the stay and have to change room.Very inconvenience.Flushing system in the 3 rooms that I hv booked is in bad shape.

Great Location

Upon arrival I was told I would have to pay for WiFi, which I had to point out it was free. Then I must have spent about 3 hours over the next 2 days stuffing around with incorrect logons etc. I felt as if it may have been better to pay for my free WiFi. Breakfast area was overcrowded no glasses for juice, run out of food, stand in a queue waiting for eggs. No Service. Very second rate. Would not recomend this place to anyone. We travelled throughout uk & Europe for 8 weeks without a problem, only to be let down at the Ferrel Hotel in kl.

Warm and friendly atmosphere when you enter. Quality fit out and welcome at lower floor by the Men in Special uniforms. Staff happy to assist in storing luggage. Taxis available at all times at front door. Good size rooms and good bathrooms.

I feel the tv choices is not enough.(more variety needed). Suggest have more English news channels (cnn/bbc etc.

The location is good with the shopping strip just mins away. Facilities are a bit dated but useable though.

Counter staff is not adequately trained, not friendly or helpful. Air- con control in the room is not working.

Good airco in the room, never too cold! Free of charge bottles of drinking water in the room. Bbc channel on tv. Free newspaper on Saturday and Sunday on the door step.

Though the free internet connection was included in my room rate when I booked through booking.com, the hotel receptionist said it was not available for my room.

The location, is comfy & clean.

Most of the hotel in kl have free wifi and I don't understand why federal as a 4star hotel need to pay for the wifi. Even a low budget hotel have free wifi. Was having breakfast buffet and the Staff didn't admit his fault of giving wrong information.

The hotel is a nice one. Room sufficiently spacious. The family room was suitable for us. Staff was nice and helpful. The location is near to several shopping malls and food courts. The breakfast at the Federal was superb.

The swimming pool is too deep, teenagers and even adults cannot fully enjoy the pool unless they are good swimmers. The charges for international calls from the room is rather expensive.

my first time come across, hotel front counter cant provide receipt, due to online booking and mentioned cant issue receipt to me for the first noght stay, I found it redicurios, finally I insisted then they issued for me

Old and poorly maintained hotel with staff with very poor customer service skills at its Reception and Maitre d's at the Verandah restaurant.

Room not same as gallery web pose it..

Restoran berputar/ revolving ,used tp go there with my father when I was a child, . . . . Hahah its still move around and I took my kids with. . . . The only and only restoran that spin around those days. . .

Air cond sejuk tapi button slow medium fast sama saja . . maintenance came but what can he do. . . Sejuk tapi blower tak berfungsi. . Its ok. . .
