It was central to everything that I was in Kuala Lumpur for. The bed was too hard and the room facilities are getting a bit old but it was clean. |

Very very disapointed with the hotel staff, we arrived at 17:00 to check in, no room available, we came back at 21:00 still no room available, we were very angry, just to check in we had to wait for almost 4 hours. Very bad service, booking already confirmed but no room available when we arrived to check in, this experience was wasted our time just to wait and wait, hopefully this bad experience never happen to other guest.. Better if the hotel not confirmed our booking if actually the room not available!! |

The hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it a good choice to stay to get my family shopping done. The newly renovated nearby restaurants and foot reflexology centres have also improved on their image as clean and condusive for customers. Not so convenient to park my car at a nearby shopping mall. Even with security guards patrolling around, I don't feel comfortable to park my car out of the hotel premises. |

that was good place for shopping ,food,city trip. i was asking for twin sharing bed ,because i was in harnimoon trip,but when i drop in the room ,that was a singer bed,so.......sad !!! |

The location. Near to the shopping belt and the food street that's across the street. The room service was non-existence. Wanted to ask for extra pillow but the phone seems to be unmanned forever...gave up eventually. Stayed at 3rd level and was noisy at night due to the nearby pubs that blast their music. |

The housekeeping didn't give the toiletries while cleaning the room and we have to wait quite some time to get them.The card for opening the room wasn't working and we have to get them changed (twice). |

Fast service when we needed help such as the maintenance come in quickly after a few minutes called to the operator. Didn't explain to us about the hotel and we make full payment during our staying night althought the next day is the check out date. |

Average but very convenience. The toilet should be improved and upgrade such as extra spray pipe and it leaks everywhere. There should be complimentary mineral water in the room esp for late check in. |

立地がよく、ブキッ・ビンタンのエリアには、どこに行くにも都合がいい。マッサージの店や屋台通りがあり、異国情緒が満喫できる。由緒あるホテルだが有名な旅行ガイドブックでは高級ホテルのカテゴリーに入っている。 作りが古いし、窓がない部屋もある。料金は安いかわりにスタッフ教育ができていない。ゴキブリが部屋の中にたくさんいた。プールも利用したが清掃が行き届いていなかった。 |

Sa situation centrale dans la ville et la vue magnifique sur les Petronas que l'on a depuis le resaurant panoramique Le prix de la connexion internet et les chambres au centre de l'hotel qui donne sur un simple puit de lumière très sombre !... demandez donc des chambres qui donnent sur les façades de l'hotel |
