Friendly staff. Excellent location for a short trip to Malacca. Very convenient - close to shopping and food shops. Clean room Room had no windows - therefore could be claustraphobic if spending a lot of time in the room. Air conditioning unit was noisy and fan speed could not be controlled even though control unit showed it could. There was some condensation on the lower surface of the air conditioning unit when used overnight. The cover sheet on the single bed had a blood stain. No wireless internet access. |

The hotel is value for money and it is near Jonker Street, Dataran Palawan and Melaka Mall. A building is under construction beside Fenix Inn. If it's another shopping mall, it'll heaven for those who are into shopping and Jonker Street. When I check-in on the 1st day, there was leaking of the aircon, but after calling room service about it, their own staff came to fix. Although not a professional, but he managed to stop the leaking and there was no problem at all for the next 4 days of stay. |

Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Good location, and V.good internet and telephone facilities. When it said 'satelite tv' I expected at least one english language news station, (bbc world or cnn) and maybe a selection of others, however small, but there were only about 4 local stations. I think claiming satelite tv is a misrepresentation here. I don't think there were any reviews so disregard the 'no' to the answer below. |

I took the hotel because it stated in the ad that they had free internet access. This was not true and I had to pay for the internet. |

I was satisfited with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, right in the town centre - very accessible to places of interest. There were loud storming sound from nearby - could be a pub. Do request of rooms are not facing the main the road. |

1) V. Good Location-> Less than 10 mins walk to Makota Parade and Dataran Shopping Mall is just diagonally accross the street. Restaurants are just on the streets behind the Hotel. ; 2) Room-> Though small & Simple (Size of the Room approx:- 3 Adult max), it is still an Ideal place if just want a place to Rest & Freshen up. Limited Carpark Space. Remember to display the parking coupon (including Sunday) Cost is only RM5.00 for fullday otherwise you will be Fine for RM30.00. ; Not suitable for inconvenient elderly as there is no Lift & the Hotel rooms starts from Level2. |

The hotel staff's services very bad and no responsibility. Your staff drive out my car from private car park when I check out to leave, then got my car was auto lock and no responsibility do done about it. The attitude for manager incharger by the day very bad and also not to help us to disposal problem. |
