海滩火烈鸟  

我cek in 那天，有个年轻华人男子的服务很差，非常差。

酒店的装修不错，房间好大，服务人员都很好，早餐好吃，有wifi 。。还在酒店的大厅帮妹妹庆祝生日，还有服务人员帮我们唱生日歌~超级赞！！！

这次的假期住的酒店好过之前的，还不错，很喜欢从酒店走下去就是沙滩，房间也蛮舒适的，会再回来

住宿条件很好，早餐比较丰盛，地方很安静，很适合休闲。

这次住的两个房间都面海 风景超级棒 早餐是在海边泳池旁吃的 还有狡猾的 小鸟来偷食 超级可爱 自助早餐味道一般但是吃好就可以直接下到海边沙滩 非常舒适

如其他评语所说房间不够干净 毛巾和厕所有污渍 对这方面要求高的客人要考虑了

中午上游泳池不会晒，有builing遮挡住，不怕晒黑了。

房间的设备有需要更新了，如空调，栏杆...

The place was clean and staff were friendly . The price was good and locality was not to far from town . Food was also value for money .

It's lovely place & very good location for leisure holiday. The staff is friendly & cooperate with customers. Good condition & facilities provided in the hotel. Will come again for holiday to stay in the hotel again. Also have activities e.g sea sport, jet ski. Etc.

Have its own beach

Floor is tiles,instead of carpet which made feel i'm in my own apartment rather than in a hotel. Tv channels is very limited I.e only 10. Plus reception quality is bad.

Ok excellent

We spent 7 nights at Flamingo in a deluxe kingbed room with balcony which was excellent. The room was spacious with lovely bathroom which was serviced every day. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great choice of western and asian delights. The pool area was well laid out, clean and a joy to use. We found the staff friendly and very helpful. This hotel is good value for money and the shuttle service to Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi is great.

Maybe a little further from Batu Ferringhi than we thought but with the shuttle service at night and also regular bus service outside the door for only under 2 ringit P.P. this was'nt a real concern.

Location wise, good. Not too deep into batu feringghi. The beach is fairly clean. Hotel still new, therefore, there is a fresh ambience. Will go back to this hotel when in Penang.

It is a beautiful place with a wonderful beach and its near to a shopping complex, 15 minutes drive to the town center and 10 minutes drive to the famous Batu Feringghi beach. The views from the room balcony were so beautiful.
