The room is very comfortable and value for money, clean sandy beach and swimming pool, free guest car park at the basement, not very far from the city centre, about 10 minutes taxi drive.

Long queue for the breakfast, however it is worth queing as there are large choices of food to be choose from

Great hotel right on the beach. With Penang not blessed with great seaside locations, Flamingo is one of the few hotels with direct access to beach. The hotel offers everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Rooms are reasonably well-equipped with flat screen tvs and magnificent sea view from the balcony or an equally serene view of the mountains for the other side of the hotel. Breakfast is quite diverse with different tastes catered for, from European to Arabic, Chinese, Indian and Malay food, efficient buffet service (considering crowds of people all descending for breakfast), and great dinner entree selection for RM18++ to RM25++. My thanks to all the staff for their smiles and hospitality, especially the pool and restaurant teams.

Laundry services could be a little cheaper and returned quicker, it's not downtown KL to justify RM4.50 per t-shirt with an RM7 per kg next day laundry service just across the street.

This is good trip to Penang,I will be on next time.

Bathroom sanitary got problem.Very bad!!!

Good design, good location, reception staff was helpful.

House keeping staff need training and should be inspected. We stayed 4 nights and asked to spray our room to kill mosquitoes and insects. No body cleaned the floor and dead insects were not removed till our last day even we requested many times to house keeping staff. Internet signals were very week in the room and we had to go to the lobby to use the internet.

overall, the hotel is clean even inside & outside hotel room. My family & I have a good experience & happy holiday staying at Flamingo by the beach.

The choices of food for buffet breakfast is limited. Especially the coffee is too diluted, is tasteless. The cleanliness of swimming pool yet to improve.

The spacious rooms and all rooms are with balcony. The friendly front desk staff.

The staff at the breakfast cafe are rude, need to train them better.

I liked staying in the hotel because the location is amazing and wonderfull, a littel bit near to malls and resturants, the rooms were clean and bathroom as well.Good sea view and balcony. And the breakfast was good.

The internet in the hotel is boring and very slow. Also if you want order meal from the hotel it will take long time to be ready

It is just next-door to the beach/seaside.

The hotel facilities/services and interior decor, which looks for like a 3-star hotel quality.

Facilities in hotel suite are very good. Good view from the room and have comfortable mattress.

Hotel parking is not satisfied and insufficient table for breakfast buffet in the restaurant.
