Flamingo by the Beach

房間寬敞.清潔, 泳池近海, 風景怡人. 環境浦幽,價位OK 另外，他的早餐選擇性很多，很好吃, 整體來說，我認為是一個不錯的飯店，酒店員工亦非常有禮貌 .

客房的wifi訊號很弱，上網速度慢

提供快速的wifi。

食物没有很多选择，而且不好吃。

中午上游泳池不会晒，有builing遮挡住，不怕晒黑了。

房间的设备有需要更新了，如空调，栏杆...

本人喜歡酒店靠近沙滩,十分清靜,早上座露臺看海非常舒服,但交通不大方便,附近沒有食市.

住宿条件很好，早餐比较丰盛，地方很安静，很适合休闲。

Hotel sorrunding - peachful

The view from the balcony suite was breathtakingly spectacular. The beach was clean and have good sea sport facilities. I like the fact that the pool was just next to the beach and able to enjoy best of both worlds. The breakfast was ample and very filling to the hearts content. The hotel staff was very friendly,sincere and gave good travelling tips around Penang which was value for money. Location wise was perfect and very accessible to visit Georgetown. The suite was very spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

No further complains except the tea cup saucers in the room had slight stain. Would be good the if the saucers could be replaced.

The hotel does provide some well-maintained, kid-friendly facilities. Food and beverage charges are reasonable.

There was a Malay cafe waitress who did not know the way to serve customer courteously. The cafe practices a system where a slip with room number details is inserted into a small container on table, to show that the table is booked and occupied. Some customers were unware of this, inclusive of myself. When I approached a table, that waitress came and sarcastically said, "See slip here. You cannot sit!". However, I understand that this waitress may be not well-educated and not proficient enough in spoken English. I didn't have any hatred feeling. I just feel that the hotel management should look into the training aspect, as least to tell staffs to utter words like "Excuse me", "Sorry, the seat is occupied. Let me arrange another for you.".

The facilities are great.

The food. You need to improve the quality of the food.

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a nice view of the beach.

The room rate that you charge is not what is advertised. When we book you do not mention about the 16% tax surcharge for each room that you intend to levy. There are no towels in the bathroom. We were told by the housemaid that there were not enough towels. The rooms were not made and cleaned during the two days we stayed there.

The positive thin in the hotel is the peach view

The swimming pool is big and safe enough for the kids as it's not too deep. The room and beds are clean too. The hotel has upgraded me to suite with 3 rooms instead of my original booking with 3 deluxe rooms without additional charges.
